Modena, March 15 2011 In response to the success that Master Maserati safety and performance driving courses have enjoyed since they began in 1999, Maserati and Andrea de Adamichs Dorado-International Safe Driving Centre have renewed their partnership and added a number of new courses to last years offer.
Master Maserati safety and performance driving courses employ the entire range of Maserati cars, and participants benefit from the constant supervision and expert tuition of professional drivers (former F1 and rally drivers etc.).
The courses are dedicated to all Maserati enthusiasts, not only Maserati owners, but would-be owners too. Sessions are held at the Riccardo Paletti Circuit in Varano de Melegari, about 20 km from the city of Parma. The Riccardo Paletti circuit is ideal for developing driving skills, and combines excellent track characteristics with professional and specialist services to ensure that track sessions take place in maximum safety.
Starting this year, two new courses are being added to the program: these are the new one-day Master Warm-Up course and the Racing Academy course for drivers intending to take part in the Trofeo Maserati GranTurismo MC, the Maserati one-make series that is entering its second year.
These new courses will complement the consolidated Master GT, Master HP and Master MC courses, and will ensure a better learning curve for those seeking to improve their driving skills and performance at the wheel of a Maserati car.
The program benefits from the combined skills and experience of Maserati and world-famous ex-F1 driver Andrea de Adamich who has developed a range of courses to cover the needs of all drivers from novice to expert. The various courses in the program allow everybody to maximise their skills on the track, to enrich their driving experience behind the wheel of a Maserati, and have fun at the same time.
On exceptional occasions, courses can even be planned as unique and exclusive events, like that held in Cortina dAmpezzo in January. (see attached photos).
Further to the success of past years events in St. Moritz, this year Maserati and Andrea de Adamichs team of driver-instructors have arranged to meet 120 owners and prospective owners from 16 countries on the snows of the Dolomites, where they have provided a truly exciting but totally safe ice driving experience. The event has given participants a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of Maserati and to learn more about the brand and its values.
