The Maserati MCPURA Cielo represents the purest expression of the brand’s open-air performance philosophy, delivering an immersive and exhilarating driving experience. As the latest evolution of the MC20 Cielo halo car, the MCPURA Cielo pairs dramatic Italian design with advanced engineering, highlighted by a retractable electrochromic PDLC glass roof that seamlessly transitions from clear to opaque in an instant and opens in just 12 seconds, giving drivers a true ‘sky’ sensation. The model also introduces updated exterior details, including revised front and rear fascias, a GT2 Stradale-inspired rear bumper, a prominent rear spoiler, and new Cyclone wheels, along with expanded Alcantara finishes, and a new steering wheel inspired by GT2 racing.
“The new MCPURA Cielo is a powerful expression of everything Maserati stands for: Italian performance, design, innovation, and emotion,” said Andrea Soriani, Head of Maserati Americas. “Its Canadian debut in Edmonton underscores the strength of our brand while complementing the broader Maserati lineup – Grecale, GranTurismo, and GranCabrio – each of which reflects a distinct facet of the Trident brand.”
Powered by Maserati’s 3.0-liter twin-turbo Nettuno V6 engine with Formula 1-derived pre-chamber combustion technology, MCPURA Cielo produces 621 horsepower and delivers exceptional performance on both road and track. With its lightweight carbon-fiber architecture, refined craftsmanship, and signature butterfly doors, the MCPURA Cielo strikes a distinctive balance between luxury, innovation, and pure driving spirit.
