VAUXHALL REVEALS NEW 2025 SPECIAL EDITION MOKKA GRIFFIN

• Orders are open now for the 2025 special edition Mokka Griffin
• Griffin lowers the entry price point to the New Mokka line-up whilst adding additional equipment over Design trim
• Available with efficient petrol and hybrid engines as well as a fully electric powertrain, now with larger 54kWh battery

Vauxhall has opened orders for the new 2025 special edition Mokka Griffin, with a new and improved specification. The New Mokka Griffin is available in electric, hybrid and petrol variants, offering an enhanced specification for a more attractive price point.

Griffin trim enhances the Mokka’s appealing design with a contrasting black roof and tinted rear windows alongside 17-inch black diamond cut alloy wheels. Customers have the option to choose from the full Mokka exterior colour palett.

For extra comfort, the Mokka Griffin includes heated driver and front passenger seats and a heated vegan leather steering wheel, as well as electronic climate control. For added convenience, there is an automatic anti-dazzle rear view mirror, doubleload boot floor and power-folding heated door mirrors. Keyless start is also available on the Mokka Electric Griffin.

Vauxhall’s Multimedia Pure Panel infotainment system provides a 10-inch colour touchscreen, which is compatible with Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™, and a 10-inch digital instrument cluster. The Mokka Griffin benefits from automatic Intelli-LED headlights as well as a range of driver assistance features as standard, including extended speed sign recognition, rear parking sensors, cruise control, lane keep assist and automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection.

The zero-emissions-in-use Mokka Electric Griffin is powered by a 54kWh lithium-ion battery with a range of up to  249 miles (WLTP), combined with a 156PS electric motor. Priced at £32,495, the Mokka Electric Griffin is the new entry-point to the Mokka Electric line-up, providing a saving of £750 over Design trim.

Like all Vauxhall electric cars, New Mokka Electric is available with the brand’s Electric All In offer. Customers benefit from eight years of comprehensive roadside assistance, including emergency charging assistance. Electric All In also includes £500 credit which can be used towards either an Ohme home wallbox installation or Tesco charging credit or Octopus Electroverse credit, as well as 10,000 miles’ worth of free home charging when switching to the Intelligent Octopus GO home energy tariff¹. Finally, there is a complimentary six-month subscription to Connect Plus, giving access to the full suite of connected services available through Vauxhall Connect.

As well as a fully electric powertrain, the Mokka Griffin line-up includes a 1.2-litre three-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine, offered with either 130PS or 136PS. The 136PS engine is fitted with a six-speed manual gearbox, while the 130PS engine is available with an eight-speed automatic. Alternatively, a 48-volt hybrid option is available, which pairs the 136PS 1.2-litre petrol engine with a 21kW (28PS) electric motor and a new electrified six-speed dual clutch transmission. Prices for the Mokka Griffin start at £24,995 OTR – a new entry point to the Mokka range.

Alongside the Mokka Griffin, Vauxhall’s other special edition model, the Corsa YES Edition, is now available to order in two new powertrains, the 100PS Hybrid and the 156PS Electric – priced at £21,360 and £28,890 respectively. These join the existing 1.2 100PS 6-speed manual (£18,995) and 136PS Electric (£27,495) powertrains in the YES Edition line-up.

Vauxhall now offers a fully electric version of every car and van model in its line-up, reaffirming its dedication to an electric future.
