PEUGEOT SALES INCREASE 24% YEAR-ON-YEAR
PEUGEOT has increased its total car and van sales by 24% year-on-year, with market share increasing to 5.2% year-to-date. Car sales have been particularly successful, with volume increasing by 34% and market share increasing by one percentage point to 4.9% year-to-date.

March was another strong month for PEUGEOT, with impressive growth across the car and van market, resulting in total volume increasing by 24% year-on-year. The brand has sold 34,767 vehicles year-to-date, a 6,788-unit increase when compared to the same period for 2024. PEUGEOT’s total car and van market share has also increased to 5.2% year-to-date, up from 4.4% this time last year.
Supporting the brand’s impressive growth, car sales were also up year-on-year by 34%, placing PEUGEOT in the top five best-selling car brands in the UK. Year-to-date, PEUGEOT’s car market share has increased to 4.9% from 3.9%.
PEUGEOT’s electric range also proved popular in the first quarter of 2025, with electric car sales more than doubling year-on-year to over 6,000 units and electric car market share increasing to 5% year-to-date.
In the van market, PEUGEOT’s market share increased to 7.1% year-to-date from 6.9%, and PEUGEOT is the UK’s third best-selling LCV brand so far in 2025.
