PEUGEOT has revealed its updated electric van range, including the new E-PARTNER, E-EXPERT and E-BOXER. All models benefit from revised styling, new technology and more efficient electric powertrains.

PEUGEOT has revealed its updated electric van range, including the new E-PARTNER, E-EXPERT and E-BOXER. All models benefit from revised styling, new technology and more efficient electric powertrains.

PEUGEOT is one of the few brands to offer an all-electric variant across its entire light commercial vehicle range. The brand is committed to offering an electric version of every model in its entire product line-up by 2025 and to becoming an all-electric brand in Europe by 2030.

New PEUGEOT E-PARTNER

The smallest model in PEUGEOT’s LCV line-up, the new E-PARTNER benefits from an updated design, new technologies and an increased all-electric range of up to 205 miles (WLTP cycle currently being certified).

The new E-PARTNER has a completely updated front end, including a new radiator grille featuring the PEUGEOT shield, a modernised front bumper design and new front headlights featuring the brand's iconic three-claw light signature. New wheels round off the design package, along with the wheel centres with the new PEUGEOT emblem.

The cabin features a new dashboard that offers enhanced ergonomics and quality of finish. The PEUGEOT i-Cockpit® is available with a new 10-inch high-definition touchscreen in its upper central section. The compact steering wheel now also includes controls for managing the cruise control as well as the audio system. Lastly, the seats have been reupholstered in a new fabric that is both hard-wearing and more elegant.

The new E-PARTNER is available in a choice of four colours: Cumulus Grey, Ice White, Nera Black and the new Kiama Blue.

The PEUGEOT E-PARTNER is powered by an electric motor producing 136hp and 270Nm of torque coupled with a 52kWh† battery. Thanks to improvements in the vehicle's overall efficiency, the E-PARTNER offers an improved range of up to 205 miles (WLTP combined cycle currently being certified).

To optimise range, the new E-PARTNER features a regenerative braking system that can be activated at three different levels using paddles located behind the steering wheel. Another new feature available is a heat pump that improves passenger comfort while contributing to the efficiency, and therefore the range, of the new E-PARTNER.

The underfloor installation of the batteries ensures no compromise in load volume. The useful volume is up to 4.4m3, while the payload of 780kg and towable weight of 750kg are benchmarks in the segment.

With a 7.4kW onboard charger and, as an option, an 11kW three-phase charger, the E-PARTNER enables efficient charging whatever the available infrastructure. Estimated charging times are as follows:

  • 100kW DC charger: 30 minutes (recharging from 0 to 80%)
  • 11kW AC charger: full recharge with the 11kW onboard charger in 5 hours
  • 7.4kW AC charger: full charge with the 7.4kW onboard charger in 7.5 hours

To meet the needs of all professionals, the new PEUGEOT E-PARTNER is available in two sizes: Standard Van (4.40m) with a standard passenger compartment (up to 3 seats) or Long Van (4.75m), available with a standard or extended passenger compartment (up to 5 seats).

In addition to the new E-PARTNER, PEUGEOT offers a wide range of PARTNERs equipped with 100hp or 130hp BlueHDi diesel engines. The latter can be combined with an EAT8 8-speed automatic transmission.

New PEUGEOT E-EXPERT

The new PEUGEOT E-EXPERT features a renewed design, improved efficiency, the latest-generation connectivity and more sophisticated driving aids. It also retains the robustness, versatility and driving dynamics that have made it such a success with professionals.

The front of the new E-EXPERT has adopted the new look of the PEUGEOT range, with a redesigned radiator grille featuring the brand's new emblem at its centre, new full LED headlights incorporating the brand's light signature and a bumper optimised for protection and aerodynamics.

Inside, the new E-EXPERT’s driving position has been extensively redesigned for greater comfort, ergonomics and practicality. The dashboard and steering wheel have also been redesigned, while the digital instrument cluster and the large central 10-inch touchscreen make the interface between driver and vehicle an enjoyable and efficient one.

For greater practicality, there are more and larger storage compartments, notably on the upper part of the dashboard and on the centre console. The ingenious design of the cupholders at the ends of the dashboard allows them to hold a smartphone in an upright position for the purposes of navigation.

The following colours are available: Cumulus Grey, Ice White, Nera Black and the new Titanium Grey.

To meet the needs of professionals, the E-EXPERT comes with a 75kWh† paired with an electric motor producing 136hp and 260Nm of torque. The 75kWh† battery now offers a range of up to 217 miles (WLTP combined cycle currently being certified).

With its underfloor battery, which has no impact on load capacity or volume, the

E-EXPERT has kept the capacity and versatility that made it such a success. It has a useful volume of up to 6.6m3, a payload of 1,000kg and a towable weight of 1,000kg.

Like the E-PARTNER, the new E-EXPERT is fitted with a regenerative braking system with a choice of three different regeneration levels which can be selected using paddles located behind the steering wheel.

The new E-EXPERT is fitted with a 7.4kW onboard charger (with an 11 kW three-phase charger available as an option) and can also be charged at up to 100kW on a DC rapid charger. Estimated charging times are as follows:

  • 100kW DC charger: 45 minutes (recharge from 0 to 80%).
  • 11kW AC charger: full recharge with the 11kW onboard charger in 7 hours 30 minutes.
  • 7.4kW AC charger: full charge with the 7.4kW onboard charger in 11 hours 20 minutes.

The new PEUGEOT E-EXPERT is available in a number of versions: Standard (4.98m) or Long (5.33m) panel van, and Standard or Long five or six-seater crew van.

In addition, PEUGEOT offers a wide range of EXPERTs equipped with 120hp or 145hp BlueHDi diesel engines combined with a six-speed manual gearbox. The BlueHDi 145hp version is also available with an EAT8 eight-speed automatic transmission.

New PEUGEOT E-BOXER

The new E-BOXER is the largest model in PEUGEOT’s electric van line-up. Alongside an upgraded exterior and interior design, it features a new electric powertrain providing an impressive range of up to 261 miles (WLTP combined cycle currently being approved).

The new E-BOXER’s updated exterior styling reinforces its robust and attractive design while optimising its aerodynamic efficiency. Changes include a new front bumper, redesigned rear-view mirrors and a new body-colour grille incorporating automatically-controlled sections to regulate airflow. The model also has new full LED front headlights and redesigned rear lights. Like the rest of the range, it now features the new PEUGEOT shield.

The interior of the E-BOXER has also been extensively overhauled with a new steering wheel design, instrument cluster, dashboard, seat fabrics, and door panels.

Powered by a new electric powertrain, the new PEUGEOT E-BOXER offers exceptional performance. The electric motor now develops 270hp and torque has also dramatically increased, rising to 400Nm for optimum driving dynamics.  The battery has a capacity of 110kWh†, providing a range of up to 261 miles (WLTP combined cycle currently being approved). Paddles behind the steering wheel can be used to activate four different levels of regenerative braking.

Installing the batteries in the vehicle's underbody maintains load volume, which can reach 17m3, for a payload of up to 1,500kg. This setup also means that the new

E-BOXER lends itself perfectly to the broad range of conversions required by many professional customers.

The E-BOXER is equipped with an 11kW three-phase onboard charger, while the continuous onboard charger is capable of reaching 150kW. Estimated charging times are as follows:

  • 150kW DC charger: 55 minutes (recharging from 0 to 80%).
  • 11kW AC charger: full charge with the 11kW onboard charger in 12 hours.

The new PEUGEOT E-BOXER is available in several versions. Based on the 4.04m wheelbase, the panel vans come in two lengths (L3 and L4) for a total of four silhouettes offering 13 to 17m3. To serve as a basis for specific conversions, the E-BOXER will also be available as incomplete chassis cabs.

In addition to the new E-BOXER, PEUGEOT also offers a wide range of BOXER models equipped with the 2.2 BlueHDi engine in two power levels - 140hp and 180hp - combined with a six-speed manual gearbox. An all-new eight-speed automatic gearbox is available for the 140hp and 180hp engines.

Enhanced technology across the line-up

The entire PEUGEOT E-LCV line-up features an improved technology offering, with features usually reserved for passenger cars designed to enhance the day-to-day comfort and safety of professionals.

Drivers can select from three driving modes: Eco for optimum range, Power for maximum performance and Normal for versatile use.

Inside, all models feature a central 10-inch HD touchscreen* as standard that controls the audio system and TomTom® 3D connected navigation. PEUGEOT’s electric vans are also equipped with the ‘OK PEUGEOT’ intelligent voice assistant. This interface makes it easy to control the latest generation of PEUGEOT i-Connect and PEUGEOT i-Connect Advanced infotainment systems. Smartphone connectivity is provided via MirrorScreen technology that includes wireless Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™, while a wireless smartphone charger is located on the centre console.

The new E-PARTNER and E-EXPERT feature a customisable 10-inch digital colour instrument cluster, while the E-BOXER is fitted with a 7-inch digital instrument cluster respectively.

For a perfect view of the vehicle's surroundings, the E-PARTNER and E-EXPERT feature Dynamic Surround View*. Both models are equipped with two cameras: one above the rear doors and the other under the exterior rear-view mirror on the passenger side. This unique feature enables the Dynamic Surround View system to provide the driver with a perfect digital view of the rear of the vehicle, as well as the area around the vehicle on the passenger's side, which would otherwise be difficult to see on a full sheet-metal vehicle.

All models benefit from a full range of driving aids, including driver tiredness warning, road sign recognition, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian and cyclist detection and a speed limiter. Optional level 2 autonomous driving assistance is provided via a combination of adaptive cruise control with a stop-and-go function and lane-keeping assist. The E-BOXER also features a traffic jam assistant which controls steering, braking and acceleration in low-speed bumper-to-bumper traffic (although the driver must keep their hands on the wheel).

Connected Services

Using the MYPEUGEOT® smartphone app, van drivers can benefit from additional features and connected services across the new PEUGEOT E-LCV range. This includes access to a virtual maintenance log and the ability to send destinations to the onboard navigation system remotely (E-PARTNER and E-EXPERT). Drivers can also manage door central locking and activate lights and horns remotely.

To enhance the EV ownership experience, the MYPEUGEOT® app allows drivers to initiate or schedule thermal pre-conditioning and view, schedule, start or defer charging remotely.
