STELLANTIS UK ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE EFFECTIVE FROM JANUARY 2023
This new organisation will create a structure that integrates the multiple Retailer contact points, simplifies policies and procedures and improves communication whilst maintaining the integrity of the respective Brands.
This new organisation will create a structure that integrates the multiple Retailer contact points, simplifies policies and procedures and improves communication whilst maintaining the integrity of the respective Brands.
- Premium Brand organisation – this new department will bring together the two premium Brands, Alfa Romeo and DS Automobiles. This will ensure consistency in developing the agency model for these Brands from next year and also ensure that the demands of these customers can be met more effectively.
- Mainstream Brands – Citroën, Fiat & Abarth, Jeep, Peugeot and Vauxhall will remain as distinct organisations.
- Network Operations – this new department will bring together the sales and vehicle flow functions and implement a new multi-brand regional structure for these five mainstream Brands. The aim is to reduce complexity, simplify programmes and policies, and increase the standard and consistency of communication with our Retailer partners.
- Customer Experience – this will become a Group office function focusing efforts across all our Brands to improve the experience of our customers.
- Group offices – these are already in place for Customer Management, B2B, LCV, Network Development, Parts & Service, Finance, Communications & Events and Used Vehicles.
The priorities are to:
- Create a structure that integrates the multiple contact points by moving towards a simple clear regional support structure.
- Accelerate and improve decision making
- Reduce functional siloes
- Improve transparency
- Simplify policies and procedures – make Stellantis easier to work with.
- Improve communication across all functions – reducing the multiple layers that exist today.
- Maintain the integrity of the Brands but ensure a common framework for partners with multi-franchise relationships.
