MOPAR OFFERS FIAT CHRYSLER AUTOMOBILE CUSTOMERS SAFETY CHECK AND SANITISATION SERVICE

As retailers across the UK begin to open their doors and return to business, MOPAR, the aftersales division of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) UK, will be running a ‘Tune Up Before You Restart’ campaign.

As retailers across the UK begin to open their doors and return to business, MOPAR, the aftersales division of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) UK, will be running a ‘Tune Up Before You Restart’ campaign. It will offer a range of services to make sure any cars that have been sat idle during lockdown are fully sanitised, safe and ready for use.

Three packages are available, including a free seven-point vehicle health check focusing on batteries, fluid levels, lights, tyres, brakes, windscreen and suspension.  For £89 including VAT and labour, customers can add an air conditioning cleanse, full vehicle sanitisation using hypoallergenic products and pollen filter replacement. 

For a total of £99, an upgraded PRIME pollen filter can also be fitted. This filters the air through the ventilation system before it enters the cabin, removing impurities by blocking particulates and capturing up to 96 per cent of allergens such as dust and pollen. Together with the full vehicle sanitisation and safety check, customer’s cars will be clean, free of odours and ready to tackle everyday life once again.

John Macdonald, MOPAR service, parts and customer care director, commented: “Having barely turned a wheel throughout lockdown, we want to ensure that our customer’s cars are in the best possible condition to carry them around safely with the MOPAR tune-up.

“With hayfever season upon us, an air conditioning cleanse, full vehicle sanitisation and new pollen filters will also make sure that the cabin is ready for the summer season.”

MOPAR D-FENCE
Fiat 500 and Panda hybrid customers concerned about air quality can also opt to add a new MOPAR D-Fence Pack to their vehicle that includes a high-performance passenger compartment filter, an air purifier and a UV lamp, to sanitise the car’s interior. This system improves the quality of the ambient air, purifies the air already inside the passenger compartment, and eliminates up to 99% of bacteria.
