MANAGERIAL CHANGES AT FIAT AUTO UK

José Antonio Garvía has just been appointed as the new market general manager of Fiat Auto UK, and takes up his responsibilities from 31 January 2005.

He joins the company from Fiat Auto España S.A. in Madrid, where he was in charge of the Alfa Romeo brand.

Massimo Toso has left Fiat Auto UK to assume other responsibilities at headquarters in Turin, and Andrew Lester, country manager of Alfa Romeo UK, has left the company to pursue other opportunities. Thus Mr Garvía's role will initially involve the country manager's responsibilities for both Fiat and Alfa Romeo brands.

Fiat Auto would like to thank both Massimo and Andrew for their professional contributions, and wishes them well for the future.
