Born in 1957, the Fiat 500 has always been more than just a car, it’s an expression of love and Italy itself: its joy, its spirit, its ingenuity, and its zest for life. And now, it enters an exciting new chapter of its journey, where the brand’s love for creativity, dreams, passion, and innovation are blended under the theme L’Italia che piace (“The Italy We Love”), and celebrated through a series of special events, held from November 21st to November 29th., to mark the rediscovery of the 500’s roots.

The week kicks off with the international media gathering in Turin to experience the Fiat 500 Hybrid.

In the words of Olivier Francois, CEO of FIAT and Global CMO of Stellantis: “The Fiat 500 has always reflected the spirit of Turin: its ingenuity, its cultural vibrancy and industrial soul that blend tradition and innovation. This launch is a celebration of two things that belong together, the 500 and the city that created it. It is the story of a promise delivered. Keeping promises isn’t always easy, but we did it once again - for ourselves and for the workers of Mirafiori - who thanks to this commitment, will have a line running at full pace. And let’s not forget, it was also a promise to our customers, to give them a more "pragmatic" Cinquecento, now made relevant and accessible again. 500 is much more than a simple lifestyle and now, it isn’t just Made in Mirafiori and Made in Italy, it is Made OF Italy. It is our ambassador of culture, spirit, and love in everything we do, all over the world.”

NOVEMBER 21ST

Fiat 500 Hybrid is the Official Partner of the 43rd Torino Film Festival

One of the highlights of the celebrations is FIAT’s partnership with the Torino Film Festival (TFF), one of the most prestigious events in the country dedicated to the art of cinema.

As the Official Partner of the 43rd edition, FIAT will serve as the official transport provider, with the Fiat 500 Hybrid transporting VIPs, filmmakers, actors, and industry professional across the city during the festivities. The Fiat 500 Hybrid will also be showcased beneath the iconic Mole Antonelliana and at the Teatro Regio for the entire week, solidifying its place in Turin’s cultural landscape. Furthermore, the Museo Nazionale del Cinema and TFF will present a special public exhibition L’Italia che piace—In viaggio con FIAT tra i nostri capolavori del cinema (“The Italy We Love—Traveling with FIAT through Our Cinematic Masterpieces”), as a moving visual journey through the moments where Italian cinema and FIAT cars have intersected, capturing the cultural soul of Italy over the decades.

A special exhibition at the Heritage Hub

“The Italy we love: Welcome to the home of the FIAT 500”

At the heart of Mirafiori, FIAT will present the Welcome to the Home of the Fiat 500 exhibition at the Heritage Hub—the Stellantis space dedicated to the Group’s classic cars. The exhibition, part of the regular guided tour (tickets available here), offers an immersive and emotional experience that transforms the Heritage Hub into a “home,” where each room represents a different era and way of life, with the Fiat 500 as the constant protagonist.

NOVEMBER 22ND AND 23RD

Fiat 500 Hybrid is Event Supporter at Vanity Fair Stories

The Fiat 500 Hybrid will take center stage at the 2025 Vanity Fair Stories, held on November 22nd and 23rd in Milan at the Teatro Lirico Giorgio Gaber. FIAT is proud to be the Title Sponsor of the 2025 Torino City Marathon, where the 500 Hybrid will lead the way, embodying the spirit of progress and vitality that defines both the car and the city.

This week-long celebration will culminate with the commercial launch opening weekend in Italy on November 29th and November 30th.  The 500 Hybrid marks the beginning of a new chapter and as it prepares to take over the streets of Turin, it invites Italy and the world to share the excitement and joy of this new era—one that celebrates and cherishes the simple joy of driving.
