Fiat Grande Panda wins the 2026 AUTOBEST CONQUEST Award in the Design category
Fiat Grande Panda has won the AUTOBEST CONQUEST Award 2026 in the Design category — a title that recognises it as the ‘Best Car Design in Europe 2026’. The victory is the result of the combined vote of the AUTOBEST Jury, from 32 European countries, and direct public voting across Europe.
Fiat Grande Panda has won the AUTOBEST CONQUEST Award 2026 in the Design category — a title that recognises it as the ‘Best Car Design in Europe 2026’. The victory is the result of the combined vote of the AUTOBEST Jury, from 32 European countries, and direct public voting across Europe.
Grande Panda secured the prestigious award ahead of five strong finalists, confirming how European drivers perceive it: a model with a clear, distinctive and contemporary design, and one of the most appreciated cars of today. This achievement follows an intense European competition in which, for the first time, the public was invited to select the cars that best represent the future of mobility in three key areas: Design, Technology and User-Friendliness.
Thanks to its Italian design heritage, clever onboard experience and warm, intuitive interface, Grande Panda resonated with both industry experts and everyday drivers. Its recognition in the Design category confirms its role as a model that brings beauty, functionality and optimism back to the heart of urban mobility.
The award was announced during the AUTOBEST CONQUEST Show, broadcast live on 28th March, where Grande Panda was celebrated as an expression of FIAT’s mission: making mobility joyful, democratic and accessible to all.
