FIAT AUTO (UK) LTD ANNOUNCES ORGANISATION CHANGES

Fiat Auto SpA has now completed the re-organisation of its affiliate companies, to reflect the changes already introduced at its Italian headquarters.

Fiat Auto (UK) Ltd has now divided into autonomous Business Units for the Fiat and Alfa Romeo brands.

Following the successful creation and implementation of the new structure, Jim Blades will leave his position as Managing Director of Fiat Auto (UK) to continue his career outside of Fiat Auto.

Mr. Massimo Toso, aged 44, will assume the position of Managing Director of Fiat Auto (UK) Ltd, from 1 August 2002, taking personal responsibility for the Fiat/Commercial Vehicle Business Unit.
