FORMULA E: DS AUTOMOBILES SET FOR THE FIRST RACE OF SEASON 11!

• DS Automobiles and its partner PENSKE AUTOSPORT are ready for the first race of ABB FIA Formula E World Championship Season 11 in Sao Paulo, Brazil on Saturday 7^th December

• DS PENSKE is aiming to be among the frontrunners this season, thanks to the third-generation all-electric single-seater DS E-TENSE FE25 developed by DS Performance

• Jean-Eric Vergne, Formula E’s only two-time champion, and German driver Maximilian Günther will take to the grid in the new GEN3 DS E-TENSE FE25 car

After an off season of more than four months, the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship gets underway once more for its 11th season. And for the opening round, the all-electric series returns to Sao Paulo and the famous Sambadrome circuit. The lap takes in 2.9 kilometres with some long straights and tight corners, providing plenty of action for Formula E’s curtain-raiser.

DS Automobiles and PENSKE AUTOSPORT will be able to count on the performance of the DS E-TENSE FE25 to make the most of it. With two-time Formula E champion Jean-Eric Vergne and Maximilian Günther forming the driver line-up, the latest all-electric single-seater developed by DS Performance will be competing all the way for the Franco-American squad.

DS Automobiles has been involved in the 100% electric series since 2015 and gets its 10th season of Formula E underway this weekend: a record for a premium manufacturer in the championship.

The first race of Season 11 starts on Saturday at 18:00 CET in Sao Paulo.
