On 25 and 26 July, the 10 teams competing in the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship will meet in Tokyo to contest rounds 14 and 15 of Season 12. For the first time since the all-electric series made its debut in Japan, the races will take place at night, with the usual ‘Pit Boost’ stop on Saturday.

Located near the Tokyo Big Sight exhibition centre, the circuit features long straights and tight corners, making it one of the most technical on the calendar.

A masterful race winner in Season 10, Maximilian Günther is determined to fly the flag for DS Automobiles and PENSKE AUTOSPORT alongside his teammate, Taylor Barnard, who secured an impressive third-place finish in the first race of the Japanese weekend last year.

The races will take place on Saturday and Sunday at 12:00 BST (20:00 local time).

Key figures since DS Automobiles entered Formula E:

  • 4 championship titles
  • 18 victories
