DS AUTOMOBILES PARTNERS WITH FEDEX OPEN DE FRANCE AND THE FRENCH GOLF FEDERATION

DS Automobiles has become a partner of the biggest golf event in France, the FedEx Open de France taking place on the 18-21 September at the prestigious Saint-Nom-la-Bretèche Golf Course, as well as joining with the French Golf Federation to highlight the shared values of innovation and performance

DS Automobiles at the FedEx Open de France

DS Automobiles will showcase two of its latest creations at the FedEx Open de France the N°4 and N°8, strategically located at their namesake holes.  The brand’s logo will also be feature on three strategic tees and greens while the new N°8 will be on display in the Village area, as well as at the entrance to the Saint-Nom-la-Bretèche Golf Course. N°4 will also be exhibited at the exclusive players’ and journalists’ entrance.

Spectators will have the opportunity to explore the world of DS at the brand’s dedicated stand, where they can book a personalised presentation and arrange a test drive of full DS range at their nearest DS STORE.

To guarantee transport for players and guests, DS Automobiles will provide a fleet of DS N°8 to the FedEx Open de France organisers, further enhancing its presence at the international golfing event taking place in France. The FedEx Open de France is broadcast in 167 countries to more than 500 million households worldwide.

DS Automobiles becomes the French Golf Federation’s automotive partner

DS Automobiles has also become the automotive partner of The French Golf Federation (FGF), the leading organisation in a discipline that continues to attract new participants. This exclusive partnership will support DS Automobiles to build connection with the golfing community through its network of DS STORES and by making a fleet of DS 3, DS N°4, DS 7 and DS N°8 models available as the official cars of the FGF from November 2025.

The brand's 170 DS STORES across France will build strong links with the country’s 734 golfing facilities, including full courses, compact courses and driving ranges, to engage directly with players and potential customers. DS Automobiles also aims to develop a close relationship with golfers through FGF digital ecosystem which brings together nearly 350,000 followers on its social networks.

Over the past decade, golf in France has seen and 8.4% increase in licence holders, with 34,148 new licences issued, leading to record participation levels in 2023 (445,306 license holders) and 2024 (442,536 license holders). DS will contribute to this development by supporting the annual and national golf discovery initiative “Everyone Golf”, which aims to make the sport more accessible and broaden its appeal by moving away from traditional stereotypes.

DS Automobiles in golf

DS Automobiles and the world of golf are already a story in the making, with fifty DS STORES organising the DS AUTOMOBILES Trophy, in partnership with a golf course in their region. This popular local initiative, now in its 8th edition, testifies to the growing involvement of DS STORES on the greens. During this challenge, each best net team qualifies for the national final, which will be held this year on 9-10 October at the Château de Cély Golf Club, near Fontainebleau.  More information on www.tdsa.fr.
