On 31 January, the Miami International Circuit will host a Formula E round for the first time in its history. The well-known Florida track is normally synonymous with Formula 1, but a shortened version of it will now host Formula E, staging a race that is set to be spectacular and full of surprises.

Following an excellent qualifying and fourth place finish from Taylor Barnard in Mexico earlier this month (10 January) DS Automobiles and PENSKE AUTOSPORT aim to continue their trajectory and keep racking up the points.

Maximilian Günther and Taylor Barnard will extract every last bit of performance from their single-seaters, developed by DS Performance, in order to target the front.

DS PENSKE is currently sixth in the teams’ championship and goes to the United States fully motivated and with a clear ambition to score its first podium of the season.

The Miami E-Prix will get underway at 19:00 GMT (14:00 local time).

Key figures since DS Automobiles entered Formula E:

  • 139 races
  • 4 championship titles
  • 18 victories
  • 55 podiums
  • 26 pole positions
