DS AUTOMOBILES BEGINS OFFICIAL TESTING AHEAD OF FORMULA E SEASON 12

• Official testing for Season 12 of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship get underway today in Valencia, Spain

• DS Automobiles, a competitor in the championship since 2015, enters its 11^th season in the all-electric series

• Behind the wheel of the two DS E-TENSE FE25 cars will be Germany’s Maximilian Günther and his young British teammate Taylor Barnard

From today until Friday, Valencia’s Ricardo Tormo circuit will host the official testing ahead of Season 12 of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship.

After several weeks focused development on strategy and software evolution on the DS E-TENSE FE25 cars, DS Automobiles and its partner PENSKE AUTOSPORT return to the track for eight timed test sessions.

The first six sessions will be carried out by factory drivers Maximilian Günther and Taylor Barnard, while the final two will take place during the women’s test day with Lindsay Brewer and Jessica Edgar.

DS PENSKE has its sights firmly set on the sharp end of the championship and rely on its talented drives to deliver strong performances and gather valuable data as possible ahead of the season opener Sao Paulo, Brazil, on December 6.

The first official test session in Valencia gets underway today at 2:00pm CET.
