DS Automobiles has announced the UK pricing and specification for the new DS N°4 including a new electric powertrain. N°4 offers avant-garde design and unparalleled interior refinement. Prices start at just £32,200 OTR for a N°4 PALLAS+ Hybrid.

The new DS N°4 embodies the excellence of French design and expertise, delivering a perfect balance between performance and elegance. Across four trim levels – PALLAS, PALLAS+, ÉTOILE, ÉTOILE NAPPA – the model evolution from DS4 introduces significant design, powertrain and specification enhancements, including a fully electrified range.

A striking updated design welcomes a bold new front end featuring a wider, intricately detailed black grille. It also introduces a distinctive light signature, inspired by the DS E-TENSE performance concept car and the N°8, with a segmented light beam spanning the bumper that meets the illuminated DS logo in the centre.

DS N°4 is the only multi-energy hatchback in its segment to offer a full range of electrified powertrains. DS N°4 is available with a self-charging hybrid, plug-in hybrid and new 100% electric E-TENSE powertrain.

N°4 E-TENSE models with a 100% electric powertrain are capable of up to 279 miles (450km) on a single charge (WLTP combined cycle) and deliver high power performance with 213hp and 343nm of torque. Available on PALLAS, PALLAS+ AND ÉTOILE trims, prices start from £36,930 OTR for a N°4 PALLAS E-TENSE.

The new generation N°4 plug-in hybrid drivetrain combines a 180hp turbocharged 4-cylinder petrol engine and a 110hp electric motor for a combined output of 225hp and 360Nm of torque. It can travel up to 50 miles (combined WLTP range) in 100% electric mode before switching to hybrid operation, combining efficiency and dynamism.

N°4 hybrid combines a 1.2-litre turbocharged three-cylinder petrol engine with a 21kw (28hp) electric motor, integrated into the six-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The sophisticated self-charging technology can drive on electric only for up to 50% of the time during urban use, depending on traffic conditions and driving style.

Reinforcing its commitment to innovation and electrification, DS Automobiles has revised the pricing structure offering customer savings of £2,430 across all hybrid trims, and £2,390 across all plug-in hybrid variants.

N°4 PALLAS

Representing elegance and sophistication, PALLAS trim provides a refined interior completed with diamond tungsten fabric and DS black canvas seats. The dashboard and door panels have basalt black trim with a tortoiseshell effect, as well as bronze inserts for a sophisticated overall look.

The standard equipment includes dual-zone automatic climate control, LED headlamps and full LED rear lights, heated and folding door mirrors, a safety pack with adaptive cruise control with stop and go and adaptive speed limiter and automatic emergency braking controlled by camera and radar, front and rear parking assistance with reversing camera, acoustic laminated front side windows for optimal comfort, Bluetooth® connectivity and over-the-air updates.

PALLAS is available exclusively with the new all-electric E-TENSE powertrains, with prices starting from £36,995 OTR.

N°4 PALLAS+

PALLAS+ builds on the generous specification of the PALLAS, adding DS Iris system – 3D connected navigation with natural voice recognition, wireless smartphone charging and keyless entry and start, as well as a heat pump on E-TENSE variants.

PALLAS+ can also be specified with an optional Comfort pack to add dark tinted rear windows, acoustic laminated rear side windows, electrically adjustable driver’s seat and heated front seats.

PALLAS+ is available across the full range of powertrains – hybrid, plug-in hybrid and E-TENSE – with N°4 PALLAS+ models starting at £32,200 OTR for a PALLAS+ hybrid.

N°4 ÉTOILE

The dynamic and sophisticated ÉTOILE trim stands out with its seats in Alcantara® and basalt woven fabric, enhanced with new stitching. The Alcantara® dashboard and door panels with bronze accents bring a refined atmosphere.

As standard, the ÉTOILE trim includes the DS extended head up display, DS Matrix LED vision headlamps and full led rear lights with scrolling indicators, the rear traffic detection pack (RCTA + LCA), powered front seats, laminated and tinted rear glass, aluminium door sill protectors and pedals and the DS Drive Assist pack.

Two optional packs are available in the ÉTOILE specification. Absolute comfort pack adds massaging and heated seats, heated steering wheel (E-TENSE only) and focal Electra® audio system. The Absolute Tech pack offers heated steering wheel, DS Drive assist 2.0 with recommended speed adaptation and semi-automated lane change, 360-degree panoramic vision, and auto-dimming exterior mirrors with DS puddle lights.

Available across all powertrains, pricing for N°4 ÉTOILE start from £35,000 OTR for a N°4 ÉTOILE hybrid.

N°4 ÉTOILE NAPPA

DS N°4 builds on ÉTOILE specification with a Criollo Brown Nappa leather interior, available on both hybrid and plug-in hybrid powertrains. It also includes additional equipment including heated steering wheel and powered, heated front seats.

Two packs are available in the ÉTOILE NAPPA specification. The Absolute Tech pack and Comfort pack which adds motorised tailgate with hands-free access, electric sunroof and focal Electra® audio system. Plug-in hybrid versions also gain ventilated and massaging front seats.

Prices for the N°4 ÉTOILE NAPPA start at £37,400 OTR for an ÉTOILE NAPPA hybrid.

All DS N°4 models are available in a choice of five paint colours. Night flight is offered as standard while Pearl White, Crystal Pearl, Perla Nera black, and a unique pastel colour specific to N°4, Cashmere, are also available as a cost option. A Perla Nera black rood can also be optioned with all contrasting paint colours.
