DS Automobiles is now open for orders for the special edition DS PERFORMANCE Line. This model showcases the DS Automobiles commitment to Formula E, where it has been honing its technical expertise since 2015. Available on DS 3 and N°4, it will build on the PALLAS specification with additional features and unique styling and will be priced from £33,410 OTR and £33,400 OTR respectively.

The special edition DS PERFORMANCE Line highlights the DS Automobiles expertise through assertive exterior and interior design, enhanced by exclusive finished and carefully selected materials such as Alcantara®. Every detail subtly reflects the elegance and dynamic spirit of DS Automobiles.

DS Automobiles, a pioneer in the integration of ChatGPT since 2024, is taking a new step forward with the development of speech recognition incorporated into DS IRIS SYSTEM, which is now enhanced with the ‘Latest News’ feature; the latter allows artificial intelligence to answer questions instantly with considered answers about current topics - whether it’s culture, sport or international events. This new feature will be available from December across all DS 3 and N°4 ranges already equipped with natural voice recognition with integrated ChatGPT.

Two dynamic models

The DS range benefits from technologies derived from racing, especially in the optimisation of E-TENSE powertrains and plug-in hybrid systems inspired by Formula E focused on energy efficiency. At the same time, the special edition DS PERFORMANCE Line gives DS 3 and N°4 a distinctive and exclusive design, inspired by the DS E-TENSE FE25 livery.

This exclusive edition stands out with satin gold and gloss black features that are applied to distinct parts — badge, lettering, mirror covers, wheel centre caps, wheels etc. — depending on each model, emphasising its elegant and assertive character. The interior, clad in Alcantara® combined with other exclusive details, embodies the combination of refinement, comfort and technology, a DS Automobiles signature.

DS 3 Special Edition DS PERFORMANCE Line

Its dynamic appearance is clear at first glance: exclusive trim on the C-pillar picks up the black and gold Formula E single-seater’s motif, confirming the link with race series. On the bonnet, the special “DS PERFORMANCE Line” badge displays its unique identity. The satin gold mirror covers, the black grille with a satin gold badge and the standard black roof emphasise its sleek elegance. At the rear, the satin gold “3” lettering on the tailgate finishes off this distinctive signature.

This special edition DS PERFORMANCE Line is available in six refined colours: Ice White, Crystal Pearl, Night Flight, Lazurite Blue, Perla Nera Black and Cashmere – a new colour introduced to the range with this special edition DS 3.

N°4 Special Edition DS PERFORMANCE Line

N°4 ushers in a spectacular front, whose light signature is directly inspired by the DS E-TENSE PERFORMANCE concept car. Its sleek lines and athletic silhouette embody a bold and distinctly modern identity.

In its DS PERFORMANCE Line version, this character is expressed with exclusive details: “DS PERFORMANCE Line” badge on the bonnet, satin gold mirror covers and the C-pillar trim featuring the Formula E single-seater motif. At the rear, part of the symbol is satin-gold, underlining its exclusivity. Inside, Alcantara® seats and “DS PERFORMANCE Line” lettering on the dashboard create a dynamic and intimate atmosphere.

N°4 DS Performance Line includes as standard:

• DS IRIS System, which incorporates connected navigation, a personal AI assistant integrating ChatGPT and Latest News, accompanied by three years of connected services; for the E-TENSE version, there is also in-car EV Routing and the e-Routes app to make the most of electric journeys

The only multi-energy hatchback in its class, N°4 DS PERFORMANCE Line is available with three powertrains: 100% electric E-TENSE, self-charging HYBRID and PLUG-IN HYBRID 225.

In its 100% electric version with 213hp, N°4 E-TENSE has a range of up to 280 miles on the WLTP combined cycle.

The special edition DS PERFORMANCE Line is available in five colours: Pearl White, Crystal Pearl, Night Flight, Cashmere and Perla Nera Black.
