Stellantis Announces New Appointments within the Enlarged Europe Organization

AMSTERDAM, June 30, 2026 – Stellantis announces the following new appointments within its Enlarged Europe Organization, reporting to Emanuele Cappellano and effective July 1:

• Santo Ficili is appointed CEO of the Maserati brand, in addition to his role as CEO of the Alfa Romeo brand
• Luca Napolitano is appointed Head of Stellantis &You Sales and Services

At the same time, after an outstanding career of 36 years in the Company, Jean-Philippe Imparato will leave Stellantis, opening a new chapter of his life.
