SPOTICAR Direct: online sales launch in the U.K.
Europe's leading used-vehicle sales network, SPOTICAR is innovating once again by offering its customers an exclusive online service: more choice but with the same personalised support. SPOTICAR is expanding its range and will be offering vehicles on its Spoticar.co.uk website that come directly from the manufacturer Stellantis, prepared to exacting standards at its reconditioning centre in Corby. At the heart of SPOTICAR's strategy, customers will have access to a wider range of products, with the opportunity to purchase vehicles that they might not otherwise have been able to find close to home. They will be supported throughout their ‘phygital’ journey, from the dedicated call centre to the handover by the experts at the SPOTICAR outlet of their choice.

21st July 2023 - SPOTICAR, the used vehicle network for Vauxhall, Peugeot, Citroën, Fiat, Jeep and Abarth, will be offering "SPOTICAR Direct" in the U.K. from 21st July.
This is a new, exclusive range of vehicles that can be accessed directly on spoticar.co.uk, in addition to those available through its network in the U.K. The models on offer, which will be continually renewed and total over 100 at launch, will come from the Corby reconditioning centre and will comply with the very exacting standards already rigorously applied in over 350 sales outlets in the SPOTICAR network.
"SPOTICAR direct" will give customers direct access to a wider range of vehicles than would otherwise be available in their geographical area. They will then take delivery of their vehicle at the SPOTICAR retail site of their choice, with no additional delivery costs.
The customer journey is key for SPOTICAR. During their online journey, buyers will receive advice from a call centre to help them make their choice. The final stages of the purchasing process, such as payment and delivery, will be carried out at the retail site chosen by the customer. What's more, it's the network's experts who will hand over the vehicle, a crucial moment for SPOTICAR.
