UK LAUNCH OF STELLANTIS &YOU, SALES AND SERVICES

STELLANTIS &YOU, SALES AND SERVICES IS THE NEW NAME FOR STELLANTIS’ RETAIL DIVISION IN THE UK, ALIGNING WITH EUROPE AND MOROCCO WHO LAUNCHED IN NOVEMBER 2021.

This new naming follows an announcement in November 2021 and applies to 66 franchise locations in the UK to align with Stellantis &You, Sales and Services, the name for Stellantis’ retail division in Europe.

The new name will foster the sense of belonging and present the strength across Europe of Stellantis &You, Sales and Services.

Multi-franchise expansion plans are currently underway for Stellantis &You UK. Following the introduction of Fiat and Abarth brands to existing Peugeot and Citroën showrooms in Sale and Birmingham Central. Guildford has recently extended its facilities for Aftersales to include Abarth, Citroën, Fiat and Jeep. Stellantis &You Chelmsford will soon open a Citroën showroom and a new development for a state-of-the-art premises is scheduled to commence in Bristol.

Stellantis &You UK is experiencing success with this approach, with 17 of its 29 sites now multi-franchise, currently with Abarth, Citroën, DS Automobiles, Fiat, Peugeot and Vauxhall Brands.

Stellantis &You UK’s Aftersales Centre in Brentford was also expanded to 35 ramps in 2022 to provide servicing facilities for Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Fiat Professional and Jeep customers in addition to existing Citroën, Peugeot and Vauxhall customers. Furthermore, all Stellantis brand parts are now available from all five of the Stellantis &You UK Distrigo Parts Hubs.

LAUNCH OF SELLING ONLINE

This name change follows the recent launch of selling online now live on the Stellantis &You UK website offering customers the ability to find their perfect used car and make a full purchase.

This seamless simple 5 step buy online journey is convenient and available at any time, customers can choose from thousands of approved used vehicles, personalise their choices and buy online.  Stellantis &You UK has ambitions for a 25% online sales contribution by 2025.

Cars purchased benefit from a full vehicle health check and minimum 12-month warranty and money back guarantee. The aim is to provide customers with the confidence to purchase online – or complete more of the required steps online with reassurance of UK wide coverage and support.

Stellantis &You UK continues the rich heritage of Robins & Day with a history of over 100 years that has been focused on providing excellent customer service.  The inclusion of Stellantis &You UK brings to the forefront, the benefit of Stellantis as one of the world’s leading automakers and is centred on customer experience. To show the importance of closeness to customer and employee, there is no space present with “&You”.

This is reflected in the company values, a drive to increase employee engagement and ambition to improve reputation through exceeding customer expectations.

This new name for Robins & Day comes into effect from January 2023.
