- In Hall 5 of the 102nd Brussels Motor Show, Stellantis Pro One – the Stellantis global business unit dedicated to commercial vehicles – highlights the full potential of its market-leading range and unveils an exciting new solution for micromobility.
- Alongside traditional vans, the spotlight falls on the surprising lightweight newcomer: Fiat Professional TRIS, a fully electric three-wheeler making its European debut. With 500 kg payload in a very compact size, this original, 100% eco-friendly concept expands Stellantis Pro One’s already extensive line-up, addressing new urban mobility needs and last-mile delivery challenges, together with the Citroën Ami Cargo and the Opel Rocks with Kargo Kit.
- On display at the stand, visitors will also discover two special editions: Citroën Berlingo “XTR”, offering professionals comfort and a dynamic look, and Opel Vivaro Electric “Sportive”, featuring sporty decals, 17-inch alloy wheels and distinctive design elements.
- True to the slogan “YOU NEED IT, WE MAKE IT”, boldly displayed across the stand, Stellantis Pro One reaffirms the Stellantis CustomFit program which offers extensive possibilities for conversion and personalization, ensuring OEM-level quality, optimized lead times, and full warranty coverage.

- At the 102nd edition of the Brussels Motor Show, Stellantis will make a grand entrance with a 5,200 m² stand showcasing 62 vehicles across 11 brands.
- Confirming the commitment to offer an ever-evolving line-up, Stellantis will unveil two World Premieres with the refreshed Vauxhall/Opel ASTRA and PEUGEOT 408. Making their European debut will be the B03X – Leapmotor’s fully electric urban crossover, the new Fiat QUBO L, a versatile family mover, also available with 7 seats, also available diesel, and FIAT Professional TRIS, the first three-wheeler in FIAT's history.
- Two bold concept cars will also shine on the Stellantis stand: Citroën Elo, innovative and creative in rethinking interior space with a reduced footprint , and the Vauxhall/Opel Corsa GSE Vision Gran Turismo, delivering 588 kW (800 hp) of pure power and a top speed of 199mph.
- The Brussels Motor Show will also host the eagerly awaited Car of the Year (CoTY) award ceremony, where Stellantis competes with two models—Citroën C5 Aircross and Fiat Grande Panda — among the seven finalists.
- Highlighting the importance of the event, the Stellantis delegation will be led by Emanuele Cappellano, the newly appointed Enlarged Europe COO, making his first public appearance at an industry event, enriched by eight press conferences organised by the brands of Stellantis Group.

- Eric Laforge, with a career spanning more than 30 years in the automotive sector, has been appointed Responsible for Stellantis’ Pro One Global Commercial Vehicles Business Unit, effective January 1, 2026. In his new role, Eric will report directly to Emanuele Cappellano, COO of Enlarged Europe and Head of Stellantis Pro One.
- Eric assumes the role previously held by Anne Abboud, who has chosen to step down after many years of dedicated service.

AMSTERDAM, November 10th, 2025 – Luca Napolitano is the new Head of Stellantis &You Sales and Services, a strategic entity within the Company dedicated to automotive distribution across Europe. Luca Napolitano reports to Jean-Philippe Imparato Maserati and Stellantis &You CEO
In his new role, Luca will lead a network of over 10,000 employees across 10 European countries, distributing 10 Stellantis brands in both sales and aftersales, and overseeing 37 Distrigo hubs.
Stellantis &You is a key player in automotive distribution in Europe, combining a strong retail local footprint with a culture of customer-centric service, performance, and innovation. Luca’s appointment aligns with Stellantis’ commitment to strengthening ties with its network, enriching the customer experience, and building lasting trust with customers.
Napolitano said “I’m honored to take on the responsibility of leading Stellantis &You Sales and Services, one of Europe’s main automotive distribution players. Our mission is to bring Stellantis brands closer to customers through a seamless and innovative retail experience — built on trust, service excellence and a shared culture of performance.”
Under his leadership, Stellantis &You will continue to evolve as a dynamic and forward-looking organization, supporting Stellantis’ ambitions and delivering excellence across all touchpoints.
This new role follows Luca’s successful tenure as Chief Commercial Operations Officer for Enlarged Europe, where he led commercial transformation. Under his leadership, the region has begun to show positive signs, with shipments up 8% in Q3 2025 compared to 2024.
With a Master of Business Administration from the University of Rome and a career spanning over two decades in the automotive industry, Luca brings deep expertise in sales, marketing, and brand operations as recently happened with Lancia. He began his career in the Ford Italia Sales organization, before joining the Fiat Group in 2000 as Business Development Manager. He has since held various senior roles in sales and marketing.
Luca Napolitano succeeds Roberta Zerbi, who has been appointed CEO of Lancia Brand reporting to Emanuele Cappellano Head of Enlarged Europe, European Brands and Stellantis Pro One.

Important Strategic Actions Taken and Early Signs of Commercial Progress;
Significant Investments for Future Growth Already Announced
- Net revenues of €37.2 billion, up 13% compared to Q3 2024, primarily driven by growth in North America, Enlarged Europe and Middle East & Africa, while South America saw a moderate decrease.
- Consolidated shipments(1) totaled 1.3 million units, marking a 13% year-over-year increase (up 152,000 units). Of this growth, 104,000 units were attributed to North America, primarily due to normalized inventory dynamics compared to the prior-year period, which was affected by the U.S. dealer stock reduction initiative.
- Global sales increased by 4% year-over-year, driven by growth across Middle East & Africa, North America, and Enlarged Europe regions.
- Total inventories of 1,252 thousand units (Company inventory of 363 thousand units) on September 30, 2025, +4% compared with mid-year, reflecting disciplined stock management while launching several new vehicles.
- Commercial progress continues, highlighted by six of the 10 planned 2025 introductions launching by the end of Q3 2025, the return of the 5.7-liter HEMI® V-8-powered Ram 1500, and the ramp-up of several newly-introduced European models.
- On October 14, 2025, the Company announced a strategic U.S. investment program of $13 billion over the next 4 years, aimed at fueling future growth and reinforcing its manufacturing footprint and brand presence across the U.S.
- The Company reiterates its H2 2025 financial guidance, which anticipates improvement in Net revenues, AOI(2) margin(3) and Industrial free cash flows(4).

- In September 2025, Stellantis posts a 11.5% increase in EU30 passenger car sales[1] compared to September 2024 and grows its market share (+0.1pp), mainly driven by Citroën (+0.3pp), Fiat (+0.1pp) and Opel (+0.1pp).
- Even in Q3 2025, passenger car sales grew by +4.4% year-over-year, reaching 422.000 in total.
- One key driver behind this strong performance was the ‘smart car’ strategy. Citroën C3 and C3 Aircross, Fiat Grande Panda and Vauxhall/Opel Frontera strongly increased their order intake pace, helping Stellantis maintain its leadership in the key strategic segment of hybrid* vehicles, with a market share of 15.2% YTD, up to 4.1pp vs. September 2024.
- Four countries report an increase in overall market share, including Italy, which records a 2.8% rise YOY.
- Considering September 2025 YTD results, FIAT Panda delivered a solid performance by leading segment A, while Citroën C3, Vauxhall/Opel Corsa and Peugeot 208 are in the top five of B segment. Peugeot is under the spotlight in the B-SUV and C-SUV segments, with 2008 and 3008 among the top five in their segments.
