NEW ROBINS & DAY LEICESTER SITE JOINS THE CITROËN UK RETAILER NETWORK

Citroën has continued the renewal of its retailer network across the UK with the opening of its latest showroom, Robins & Day, Leicester. Whilst operations began in March, the new site will open its doors for the first time on Monday 12 April when Government restrictions are scheduled to ease. The new showroom will sit alongside fellow Stellantis brands Peugeot and DS Automobiles, both of whom opened showrooms on the site last year.

In 2020, Citroën launched its 'Advance UK' plan, a strategy that aims to improve its brand position across the UK with the opening of a host of new retail sites in 2021. Until the doors open in April, the new showroom will operate a Click & Collect and home delivery service to adhere to the latest government COVID-19 guidance.

Robins & Day, Leicester is home to Citroën's extensive car range, which will soon be available for customers to view and test drive, including New C4 and the 100% electric New Citroën ë-C4 – the latest hatchback introduced as part of the brand’s strategy to provide an electrified variant of each model by 2025. New Citroën ë-C4 features a 50kWh lithium-ion battery pack and a 100kW (136hp) electric motor, capable of a WLTP-compliant range of up to 217 miles from a single charge.

Fleet and business customers will also have access to Citroën’s Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) range, including the new 100% electric Citroën ë-Dispatch van. There is also a team of Citroën Approved technicians, available to meet any aftersales, servicing or repair needs, from MOTs to vehicle health checks.

Robins & Day operate one of the UK’s most long-standing automotive retail networks, with 100 years of experience. The Robins & Day team has been active in Leicester for the last 30 years and this new retail location joins 17 Citroën showrooms already operated by the network across the UK.
