FOUR CITROËN ELECTRIC VANS ELIGIBLE FOR PLUG-IN VAN GRANT FOLLOWING EXTENSION UNTIL 2027

• UK Government confirm extension of the Plug In Van & Truck Grant until 2027.
• Citroën has four vehicles that are eligible for the grant: New ë-C3 Van, ë-Berlingo Van, ë-Dispatch & ë-Relay.
• Citroën continues to ensure that its electric range is accessible to both business & private customers.
• Throughout August and September, SMEs & Sole Trader customers are eligible for a free home wallbox up to the value of £1,050*.

Citroën has welcomed the announcement from the UK Government that it will extend the Plug-in Van and Truck Grant until 2027, with four of its models eligible for the grant

The current value of the grant is £2,500 for vans under 2.5 tonnes, and £5,000 for vans between 2.5 and 5 tonnes. Citroën offers the most comprehensive all-electric commercial vehicle range in the UK, including New ë-C3 Van, ë-Berlingo Van, ë-Dispatch and ë-Relay – all of which are eligible for the grant. In addition to the support from the UK Government, sole traders and SMEs (Small to Medium Enterprises) can take advantage of a free home charger installation, up to the value of £1,050*, to make charging at home simple and convenient. The offer is available until the end of September.

New ë-C3 Van offers a range of up to 201 miles (WLTP combined) and features a large loadspace, offering urban delivery drivers and locally-based operators an affordable solution available from just £19,937 (after PiVG). Citroën’s ë-Berlingo Van, ë-Dispatch and ë-Relay offer a range of trim and size variants to suit all business needs. ë-Berlingo Van (manufactured in the UK at Ellesmere Port) starts at £26,455, ë-Dispatch from £36,210 and ë-Relay from £45,959.17 (all excl. VAT after Plug-in Van Grant).

Citroën was also the first manufacturer to gain approval for its passenger vehicles for the new UK Government Electric Car Grant. New ë-C3, New ë-C3 Aircross, New ë-C4, New ë-C4 X, New ë-C5 Aircross and ë-Berlingo (M1) are all eligible for the £1,500 grant. Thanks to Citroën’s accessible pricing structure, this means that in total, 10 Citroën vehicles are eligible for UK Government support, demonstrating Citroën’s commitment to making the transition to electric vehicles accessible and affordable.
