FIRST CITROËN MY AMI BUGGY II SOLD IN THE UK IN UNDER 3 MINUTES

The first UK customer managed to complete the whole purchasing journey and secure their My Ami Buggy II in 2 minutes and 10 seconds, with ten sold in the first 4 minutes.

 

Inspired by public enthusiasm for My Ami Buggy last year, when a limited run of 50 My Ami Buggy units sold out in 17 minutes and 28 seconds in France, Citroën decided to create the limited run, including 40 units coming to the UK.  

 

My Ami Buggy features an adventurous spirit, trim for the great outdoors and fun accessories, such as the Khaki exterior colour, and black protective elements including reinforced bumpers, skid plates, headlamp surrounds, wheel arch extensions, and a rear spoiler – all of which combine to give a muscular appearance.

 

My Ami Buggy II is the latest in the Ami range and is based on the Citroën Ami 100% Electric – a modern mobility solution and a sustainable response to the environmental challenges faced within many cities. Ami is also available as My Ami Cargo with a payload of up to 140kg, a maximum load capacity of 400 litres and a tight 7.20m turning circle.

 

Like all Ami versions, My Ami Buggy emits zero emissions in use and has a 5.4kWh battery that charges in four hours. With a range of up to 46 miles (WMTC**) and a top speed of 28mph, it is a modern solution that delivers on Citroën’s promise to provide affordable and clean mobility solutions for all.
