Citroën is proud to announce its official commitment to the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship starting with the 2025/2026 season. An electric, innovative and passionate adventure that embodies Citroën’s values and its vision for the mobility of tomorrow.
Continuing to thrill the hearts of motor racing enthusiasts, Citroën is officially returning to motor racing as a factory team since its departure from the WRC in 2019, a field that has helped shape the brand’s history and legend.
Citroën joining the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship demonstrates a sharing of values by reconnecting with motorsport in its most visionary form, with a 100% electric, responsible, and committed competition.
The 2025/2026 race calendar boasts popular races in city centres that appeal to a young, committed, and connected audience.
Citroën will use the Formula E World Championship as an opportunity to express its technological inspiration and to internationally showcase its vision for the future of mobility.
