CITROËN HAS OPENED ORDERS FOR NEW VAN RANGE
Orders open for New Relay, New Dispatch, and New Berlingo Van. Citroën offers the most comprehensive fully electric van range in the UK including it’s Ami Cargo solution, Relay, Dispatch and Berlingo Van. Berlingo Van was UK’s best-selling small van in 2023. New range offers drivers simplicity, comfort, while making the transition to electric more accessible. Range is now open to order, with first customer deliveries expected in the Spring.

Citroën has announced that its new van range, including Berlingo Van, Dispatch and Relay are now open for orders, with customer deliveries commencing in the Spring. The new range comes on the back of an extremely successful 2023 for the brand in the UK, with Berlingo Van being the best-selling small van in the country, and Citroën UK placing second only to France in volume LCV sales for the brand. This success has continued into 2024 with Berlingo Van being the best-selling small van for both January and February.
From My Ami Cargo to ë-Relay, Citroën is showcasing the widest modern range on the market, tailor-made to meet the needs of every professional, and totally committed to the energy transition featuring 100% electric versions right across the range.
New Citroën ë-Berlingo Van is manufactured at Ellesmere Port, the UK’s first EV-only volume manufacturing plant. From 2025, limited production of New ë-Dispatch will be manufactured at Luton, alongside continued production of the combustion van. Citroën, alongside its sister Stellantis brands, is the only brand to manufacture volume light commercial vehicles in the UK.
New Berlingo Van, Dispatch and Relay are the first models to display the brand's new identity and logo. Featuring a new front grille and dashboard, the vans have retained all their original qualities, but also feature a host of optimisations for everyday peace of mind in terms of comfort, connectivity, driving aids and powertrains.
New Berlingo Van is available from £19,255 (excl. VAT), with ë-Berlingo Van starting at £25,455 (excl. VAT after PiVG). Dispatch and ë-Dispatch are available from £26,710 (excl. VAT) and £36,210 (excl. VAT after PiVG) respectively while Relay starts from £30,315 (excl. VAT) with the electrified ë-Relay starting at £44,485 (excl. VAT after PiVG).
New Berlingo Van offers Advanced Comfort® seats for the very first time on Crew Van variants. New Berlingo Van also features a new digital instrument cluster and infotainment system, 20% more range (up to 205 miles, WLTP Mixed cycle), and additional onboard safety systems.
New Dispatch now features an upgraded steering wheel with integrated controls, a revised dashboard with new storage compartments, a new 100% digital instrument cluster and an infotainment system with 3D connected navigation and new driving aids. New ë-Dispatch benefits from an electric powertrain with a range of up to 217 miles (WLTP Mixed cycle).
New Relay is also shifting up a gear. It comes with a brand new range of diesel engines, available for the first time with an automatic gearbox, or with a 100% electric powertrain. Available with a fully digital instrument cluster, an infotainment system accessed via an HD central touchscreen with connected navigation, and additional onboard safety systems and driving aids.
Berlingo Van and ë-Berlingo Van
New Berlingo Van represents a significant step forward, adopting the new brand logo alongside improved efficiency for electric variants and optimised driving comfort, while still retaining the modularity and load volume that made its predecessor such a success. It is available with two or three seats and in two lengths (M – 4.40m, and XL – 4.75m) for all versions. It has a total capacity of up to 4.40m3 and a payload of 1 tonne (780kg for the electric version). New Berlingo Van also comes in an extended cab version. Berlingo is available in two trim specifications, Enterprise and the range-topping Driver trim.
All Berlingo Vans benefit from the Citroën Advanced Comfort® programme including specially engineered lateral supports that are enveloped in high-density memory foam. Berlingo Vans are also available with the latest entertainment and safety technologies including adaptive cruise control with stop and go with lane assist, driver tiredness warning, road sign reading, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian and cyclist detection, and adjustable speed limiter.
To meet the needs of all professionals, Citroën offers a wide selection of efficient powertrains for the new Berlingo Van. Internal combustion engines include the PureTech 110 petrol and the BlueHDi 100 diesel with a six-speed manual gearbox, and the BlueHDi 130 diesel paired exclusively with the EAT8 eight-speed automatic transmission. New ë-Berlingo Van retains its 100% electric powertrain, which delivers 136PS (100kW) and a maximum torque of 260Nm, combined with a new 52kWh* battery.
Thanks to the work done on improving efficiency, ë-Berlingo Van's zero-emission range is now a benchmark in the segment. It can now cover up to 205 miles (WLTP Mixed cycle), a 20% improvement over the previous model. This distance can be optimised thanks to the new regenerative braking system, which can be activated based on three different regeneration levels using steering wheel-mounted paddles.
Enterprise versions feature four-way passenger seats, My Citroën Play smartphone station with DAB, cruise control with speed limiter, rear parking distance sensors, high beam assist. In addition to the specification on Enterprise versions, Driver versions feature Citroën Drive Plus featuring a 10” HD Central Screen, Mirror Screen, steering wheel controls and Navigation, and Dynamic Surround View ensuring drivers can see their blind spots.
New Berlingo Van is available from £19,255 (excl. VAT), with ë-Berlingo Van starting at £25,455 (excl. VAT after PiVG).
Dispatch and ë-Dispatch
New Dispatch features a new front-end design with an optimised bumper for enhanced aerodynamics, new LED headlamps, and a completely new radiator grille that incorporates the brand's new signature. On the sides of the vehicle, new wheel colours complete the new look, as does a new Titanium Grey body colour.
The new dashboard features an elegant new design, but it's also more practical. The size of existing storage compartments has been increased and new ones have been added, meaning that Dispatch can act as an extension of the office. The steering wheel is new, with integrated controls for key features, such as driving aids, telephone, and multimedia. Electric Power Steering is now featured as standard making Dispatch even more manoeuvrable. Available with the option of diesel or 100% electric powertrains, Citroën Dispatch can be equipped to meet the needs and constraints of all professionals.
New Citroën Dispatch is available in two lengths, M (4.98m) and L (5.33 m), and in several body styles including as a panel van, and a five or six-seater extended cab. It has a useful volume of up to 6.6m3 and a payload of 1,446kg for Dispatch and 1,000kg for ë-Dispatch.
The BlueHDi diesel engines are powerful and fuel-efficient, with the BluHDi 145 available with a choice of a six-speed manual or EAT8 eight-speed automatic transmission and the BlueHDi 120 is available exclusively with a six-speed manual. ë-Dispatch uses the 136PS (100kW) electric motor and, with its 75kWh* battery, it now has a range of up to 217 miles (WLTP Mixed cycle). This is 12 miles more than the previous model and offers greater versatility. New ë-Dispatch has a 7.4kW on-board charger and can be fitted with an optional 11kW three-phase charger for easy recharging.
Using a 7.4kW AC charger, the 75kWh* battery can be fully charged in 11 hours and 20 minutes. Using an 11kW AC charger, the battery can be fully charged in 7 hours and 30 minutes. Using a 100kW DC rapid charger, it only takes 45 minutes to charge the battery from 0 to 80%.
Dispatch and ë-Dispatch are available in two trim levels, Enterprise and Driver. Enterprise versions feature a new premium Mistral Black dashboard and full 10-inch LED instrument cluster, ergonomic six-way driver’s seat with Lumbar and Armrest. The updated My Citroën Play Plus infotainment system includes a 10-inch HD central touchscreen, Mirror Screen technology with AppleCarPlay® and Android Auto, steering wheel controls, and a range of new safety technology and driver assistance systems including Intelligent Speed Assist, Lane Keeping Assist, and Driver Attention Alert.
Driver variants add Dynamic Surround View, Reversing Camera with Top Rear Vision, blind spot assistant and Front Park Assist in addition to design cues including body colour exterior and 17-inch wheel trims and front fog lights. Available as an option on Enterprise, Driver versions benefit from My Citroën Drive Plus with the same 10-inch HD central touchscreen but incorporates connected 3D navigation that guides professionals on all their journeys and takes account of traffic conditions in real-time.
New Dispatch is available from £26,710 (excl. VAT), with ë-Dispatch starting at £36,210 (excl. VAT after PiVG).
Relay and ë-Relay
New Relay takes driving aids, connectivity and comfort to a new level with features that are unique in its segment. Its range of diesel and electric engines have been extensively overhauled, offering professionals even greater efficiency and lower running costs.
The front end of the new Relay has been redesigned to further reinforce the model's strong personality while improving its aerodynamic characteristics. The bumper, radiator grille (now the same colour as the bodywork) and rear-view mirrors have been redesigned with this in mind. The black lower section has been reinforced to further enhance the vehicle's impact protection. More elegant, the new LED headlamps are also 30% more efficient than their halogen predecessors. The rear lights have also been given a new design.
New Relay is Citroën's most sturdy van, with a payload of up to 2 tonnes (1,385kg for ë-Relay). It features a range of innovative equipment, usually associated with a passenger car, ensuring optimum working conditions every day. Relay is available in a wide range of configurations to meet all the needs of professionals. With two wheelbases available (3.45m and 4.04m), the panel vans come in three lengths (L2, L3 and L4) with a total of five different body styles featuring volumes of 10 to 17 m3. To serve as a basis for special conversions, the new Relay is also available in L2 or L3 single cab chassis and double cab chassis.
In the passenger compartment, New Relay's dashboard has been redesigned to offer improved ergonomics and a more elegant style, with a new digital instrument cluster and large central screen. The steering wheel, gearbox controls and door trim have also been upgraded.
More suited than ever to all types of use, the new Relay comes with engines that combine performance and efficiency. The new 2.2 diesel engine is available in two power outputs, 140PS and 180PS, combined with a new six-speed manual gearbox. For the first time, an eight-speed automatic transmission is available as an option with the BlueHDi 140 and 180.
To meet the needs of professionals who are keen to adopt sustainable mobility while reducing their day-to-day costs, ë-Relay now has an all-new 100% electric powertrain. ë-Relay's previous 122PS (90kW) engine has been replaced by a new electric unit that develops 270PS (200kW), with torque significantly increased from 260 to 410Nm. In addition, the 37kWh* and 70kWh* batteries have been replaced by a single 110kWh* model, giving a WLTP range of up to 261 miles.
The performance and range of New ë-Relay can be optimised depending on conditions thanks to three driving modes, and features paddles located just behind the steering wheel that activate four levels of regenerative deceleration, thus enhancing driving comfort and range. ë-Relay is fitted as standard with an 11kW onboard charger. A full charge from an 11kW AC charger will take 12 hours. While using a 150kW DC rapid charging point, 55 minutes is enough to charge the battery to 80%.
New ë-Relay now features My Citroën Play Plus featuring a 10-inch colour touchscreen with Citroën Connect DAB radio, Apple CarPlay® and AndroidAuto® with TomTom 3D connected navigation. The interior is enhanced with a wireless phone charger, automatic climate control, and upgraded fabric upholstery.
Relay is available from £30,315 (excl. VAT), with ë-Relay starting at £44,485 (excl. VAT after PiVG).
