CITROËN BERLINGO IS UK’S BEST-SELLING SMALL VAN IN 2025

• Citroën Berlingo Van was best-selling small van in the UK last year  
• Berlingo Van is part of van range that includes Ami Cargo, ë-C3 Van, Berlingo Van, Dispatch and Relay, the whole range is available with a fully electric variant
• ë-Berlingo Van is manufactured at Ellesmere Port, the UK’s first EV-only volume manufacturing plant
• In 2025, Citroën sold 9,487 Berlingo Vans
• Citroën also grew its electric car sales by 36% with deliveries commencing of ë-C3 and ë-C3 Aircross with 2026 Car of the Year finalist e-C5 Aircross set to hit showrooms this quarter

Citroën’s Berlingo Van was the UK’s best-selling small van in 2025, according to the latest new van registration figures published today by the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT). The figures also showed that Citroën grew its electric car sales by 36%.

The success of Berlingo Van with SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) and as a major fleet vehicle means that it was the best-selling small van in the UK last year with 9,487 units sold. Citroën also saw 36% growth in electric car sales in 2025. In the past year, the brand launched ë-C3 and ë-C3 Aircross and deliveries have begun. ë-C5 Aircross is a finalist in the 2026 European Car of The Year with first deliveries expected to commence later this quarter.

Berlingo Van is part of the Citroën van range that also includes Ami Cargo solution, ë-C3 Van, Dispatch and Relay. The whole range is available with a fully electric variant, which means that Citroën now offers the most comprehensive electric commercial vehicle range in the UK. ë-Berlingo Van is manufactured at Ellesmere Port, the UK’s first EV-only volume manufacturing plant. Citroën, alongside its sister Stellantis brands, is the only brand to manufacture volume light commercial vehicles in the UK.

Berlingo Van starts at £22,645 (excl. VAT) and ë-Berlingo Van starts at £26,455 (excl. VAT) with the UK Government Plug in Vehicle Grant, worth up to £2,500.
