CHRISTOPHER NICOLL TO LEAVE ALFA ROMEO UK

After seven years with Alfa Romeo both in the UK and Europe, Alfa Romeo UK managing director, Christopher Nicoll, has announced that he is leaving the company as of today, 1 September.

Christopher Nicoll says: “I am grateful for the unique personal and professional experience of the past seven years.  I have enjoyed greatly working with the Alfa Romeo team and dealer network, and am sure that the company will continue its positive trend leading up to its Centenary in June 2010.”

Alfa Romeo will continue to be managed in the UK by a dedicated team reporting directly to Andrew Humberstone, managing director of Fiat Group Automobiles UK Ltd, and will continue to be operated through a dedicated dealer network with the concept of brand segregation at its core.

On behalf of the company, Andrew Humberstone thanked Christopher Nicoll for his valued contribution and wished him well in his future endeavours.
