33 Stradale returns to Alfa Romeo Museum, Arese

Until 6 January, the Alfa Romeo Museum in Arese will once again host to the new 33 Stradale, offering visitors the opportunity to admire one of the brand's most significant contemporary creations up close. This marks the model’s second appearance the Museum following the  the official unveiling on 30 August 2023. The display celebrates the cars return to Italy after an extensive North American tour, where the 33 Stradale took centre stage at some of the most prestigious automotive events in the United States.

 

Presented in a dedicated area within the “Timeline” section, close to the wind tunnel model, to emphasise the deep-rooted relationship between aerodynamics research, design excellence and performance that defines the project.

 

Produced in just 33 units, the new 33 Stradale marks the return of an icon inspired by the legendary 1960s model and by the Tipo 33 racer. Each car is a unique creation, crafted through artisanal processes with uncompromising attention to detail in with the vision of the BOTTEGAFUORISERIE project. Under the bonnet, a 630hp twin-turbo V6 delivers extraordinary performance with acceleration from 0 to 62 mph in under three seconds and a top speed of 306 mph, offering an exclusive and timeless driving experience.


Before returning to Italy, this authentic work of art in motion starred in a series of high-profile events across North America. Its journey began at Monterey Car Week, with appearances at Motorlux, Hagerty House, The Quail, and the legendary Laguna Seca. The car was also exhibited at the Petersen Automotive Museum, Los Angeles, and at MACCHINISSIMA, before concluding its tour with participation in the 2025 Concours at Wynn Las Vegas, the Los Angeles Motor Show and Art Basel.

 

The 33 Stradale now once again takes pride of place at Alfa Romeo Museum in Arese, the iconic venue reopened to the public on June 24, 2015. Set out across three themed sections – Timeline, Beauty and Speed – the Museum tells the brand's story through historic models, prototypes and multimedia content, taking visitors on an immersive journey into the brand’s history and values.

 

Until 6 January, the Museum is also hosting a temporary exhibition “Colore,” the final chapter in a themed series dedicated to the many interpretations  of Alfa Romeo's iconic Rosso Red.
