The F4 Brazilian Championship Powered by Abarth gets right back on track at Interlagos. The ADAC F4 restarts at the Nürburgring

The Brazilian series is back on track in Sao Paulo with Pedro Clerot trying to stretch his lead in the standings. The Abarth Pulse safety car will guide the drivers during the race’s most critical moments.   The ADAC F4 series is also returning at the Nürburgring with Kimi Antonelli leading the series.

The Interlagos circuit will host the third round of the F4 Brazilian Championship powered by Abarth certified by FIA, after the round of last week that saw Pedro Clerot (BRA - Full Time Sport) claim first and second, only losing to Nicolas Giaffone (BRA - Cavaleiro Sports). Clerot will try to stretch his lead in the third round of the season of the Brazilian F4, which sees no less than 16 Tatuus F4 T421 on track, powered by the 180 hp Abarth T-Jet 1.4 engine.

 

But the Scorpion will not only be playing under the bonnet of the single-seaters of the young future champions, but also on the Abarth Pulse safety car, the first Abarth SUV that made its debut in the last race of the Brazilian series. With a top speed of over 130 mph and acceleration from 0 to 62 mph in less than 8 seconds guarantees the right performance to accompany Formula 4 drivers in the most critical moments of the races.

 

In addition to Pedro Clerot and Nicolas Giaffone, eyes will be on Lucas Staico (BRA - TMG Racing) and Vinicius Tessaro (BRA - Cavaleiro Sports), who were both on the podium last week. Furthermore, making his return is Ricardo Gracia (BRA - Full Time Sports) following his excellent debut at Velocitta.

 

The programme at Interlagos includes two free practice sessions and qualifying on Friday, while on Saturday the first two races will start at 9.00 am and 3.50 pm. Finally on Sunday the grand finale of the third round of the season in Sao Paulo will begin at 10.50 a.m. with the start of race 3.  

 

Furthermore, after its summer break, the ADAC F4 Championship will also be back on track, with Andrea Kimi Antonelli (ITA - Prema Racing) leading the standings of the German series. The young Italian talent will have to contend with his team-mate Rafael Camara (BRA - Prema Racing), a Ferrari Driver Academy driver and Antonelli's main rival.  Friday's programme includes two free practice sessions and qualifying which will start at 5.25pm. Saturday has a single race at 11.35am, and the weekend finishes with the two races on Sunday, which start at 9.55am and 5.05pm.  All times CET.
