Abarth 500e Named “Best New Small Car 2024” at The Car Expert Awards

The all-electric Abarth 500e has received critical acclaim after being named “Best New Small Car 2024” by The Car Experts.

The Car Expert Award winners are determined by the combined ratings of new cars given by 35 of the UK’s key automotive outlets, to precisely represent the overall views of expert journalists who have reviewed each car. In the case of the Abarth 500e, the brand’s first full EV offering triumphed above the competition.

The Abarth 500e is equipped with a 42kWh battery coupled with a powerful e-motor, producing 113.7kW/155PS and 235Nm of torque, combining the performance of the Scorpion with the innovation of electric mobility. It can achieve 0-62mph in just seven seconds, alongside a city driving range of up to 224 miles.

The Abarth 500e is the first and only city car that comes with a Sound Generator. This feature is for those who don’t want to give up on Abarth’s signature – the unmistakable Abarth engine “roar”. The Sound Generator complements the powertrain performance, reproducing the sound of an Abarth petrol engine.
