Stellantis e JLR vão explorar sinergias de colaboração para o desenvolvimento de produtos nos EUA
A Stellantis e a Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) anunciaram hoje a assinatura de um Memorando de Entendimento (MOU) para explorar oportunidades de colaboração no desenvolvimento de produtos nos Estados Unidos.
Auburn Hills, Michigan, 20 de maio de 2026 – A Stellantis e a Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) anunciaram hoje a assinatura de um Memorando de Entendimento (MOU) para explorar oportunidades de colaboração no desenvolvimento de produtos nos Estados Unidos.
Nos termos desse MOU não vinculativo, a Stellantis e a JLR irão explorar oportunidades de colaboração para criar sinergias entre o desenvolvimento de produtos e tecnologias, aproveitando as forças complementares de ambas as empresas para criação de valor para as duas organizações.
"Ao trabalhar com parceiros para explorar sinergias em áreas como o desenvolvimento de produtos e tecnologias, podemos criar benefícios significativos para ambas as partes, mantendo-nos focalizados em entregar os produtos e experiências que os nossos clientes adoram", disse Antonio Filosa, CEO da Stellantis.
"À medida que continuamos a fazer evoluir a JLR rumo ao futuro, a colaboração terá um papel importante na abertura de novas oportunidades. Trabalhar com a Stellantis permite-nos explorar capacidades complementares no desenvolvimento de produtos e de tecnologias que suportem os nossos planos de crescimento a longo prazo para o mercado norte-americano", disse PB Balaji, CEO da JLR.
A implementação de quaisquer transações potenciais resultantes das discussões deste MOU estará sujeita às condições habituais de encerramento, incluindo a execução de acordos definitivos vinculativos.
