Stellantis e Dongfeng anunciam a intenção de formar uma Joint Venture na Europa para atividades partilhadas de Vendas e Distribuição, Produção, Compras e Engenharia

Numa nova expansão da sua parceria de longa data, a Stellantis e o Grupo Dongfeng anunciam a sua intenção de criar uma nova joint venture, com sede na Europa e liderada pela Stellantis, para realizar atividades conjuntas nas áreas de vendas e distribuição, produção, compras e engenharia.  

  • Numa nova expansão da sua parceria de longa data, a Stellantis e o Grupo Dongfeng anunciam a sua intenção de criar uma nova joint venture, com sede na Europa e liderada pela Stellantis, para realizar atividades conjuntas nas áreas de vendas e distribuição, produção, compras e engenharia.

  • A joint venture assumiria a responsabilidade pela venda e distribuição dos veículos da Dongfeng com a marca Voyah em mercados selecionados da Europa.

  • Os parceiros pretendem, também, localizar, em conformidade com os requisitos “Made in Europe”, os modelos de Veículos de Novas Energias da Dongfeng na fábrica de Rennes, em França.

  • A Stellantis e o Grupo Dongfeng anunciaram recentemente que irão produzir modelos Peugeot e Jeep totalmente novos na China, para o seu mercado interno e para exportação.


Amesterdão e Wuhan, 20 de maio de 2026 – A Stellantis e o Grupo Dongfeng assinaram um Memorando de Entendimento não vinculativo; as duas partes planeiam uma nova expansão da sua parceria de 34 anos, com a intenção de criar uma joint venture sedeada na Europa para a venda, distribuição, fabrico, aquisição e engenharia dos Veículos de Novas Energias (NEV) da Dongfeng, com uma focalização inicial em mercados europeus designados.

 

 

De acordo com o plano previsto, os parceiros pretendem estabelecer uma nova joint venture sediada na Europa e liderada pela Stellantis, numa participação dividida em 51/49. A nova entidade teria a responsabilidade pela venda e distribuição dos NEV premium da marca Voyah, da Dongfeng, em mercados designados da Europa, tirando partido da forte rede e da experiência pós-venda da Stellantis. Esta nova entidade também acolheria atividades conjuntas de compras e engenharia, tirando partido do altamente competitivo ecossistema NEV chinês da Dongfeng.

Os parceiros preveem, também, a potencial produção de NEV da Dongfeng na fábrica de Rennes, em França, em conformidade com a regulamentação europeia e os requisitos “Made in Europe”.

Através da coordenação em matéria de tecnologia, marca e mercados globais, iremos libertar um maior valor da joint venture, acelerar a expansão global da Dongfeng e apoiar a mudança estratégica global da Stellantis e a sua presença na China.”

No início deste mês, a Stellantis e a Dongfeng anunciaram o reforço da sua joint venture de longa data sediada na China – a Dongfeng Peugeot Citroën Automobile Co., Ltd (DPCA) – que irá produzir uma nova geração de NEV das marcas Peugeot e Jeep na sua fábrica de Wuhan, destinados aos mercados doméstico e externo, a partir de 2027.

Desde a sua criação, a joint venture DPCA já produziu mais de 6,5 milhões de veículos das marcas Peugeot e Citroën na China, destinados aos mercados interno e externo.

A implementação do projeto está sujeita à celebração dos acordos de implementação relevantes, incluindo princípios económicos e operacionais, e ao cumprimento das condições e aprovações regulatórias habituais.
