Dubai, UAE, 09 November 2021: MOPAR® Middle East, the official parts, service and after-sales care provider for Stellantis brands Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Alfa Romeo, Fiat and Fiat Professional, announced a strategic partnership with 3M Gulf covering MOPAR® body & paint shops in the Middle East region. The agreement was signed between Maher Abdalla, Director of MOPAR® Service, Parts and Supply Chain for Stellantis ME, and Ismail Mapara, Regional Business Director Safety & Industrial Business Group South East Europe, Middle East & Africa for 3M Gulf.

 

In the first collaboration of its kind in the Middle East’s automotive sector, the partnership covers the supply of high-quality automotive products and services to MOPAR® Body & Paint Shops for the aftersales of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Alfa Romeo, Fiat and Fiat Professional vehicles across the Middle East region with an aim to add PSA network in future.

 

Maher Abdalla said: “This strategic agreement will allow MOPAR® Middle East to leverage a leading global brand to enjoy access to the latest technologies and a full suite of solutions from 3M Gulf. With standardized body shop operations in the region and a one-stop-shop for all our requirements for consumables, we will enhance the experience for MOPAR® service centers and increase customer satisfaction in the Middle East by improving quality of service, whilst reducing the time and cost for repairs.”

 

Ismail Mapara added: “Through this agreement, 3M Gulf will work much more closely with MOPAR® to coordinate technical activities and ensure standard operating procedures across all Middle East countries, as well as all the necessary technical support and training from fully-qualified 3M Application Engineers. We can also ensure that the MOPAR® team is always up-to-date with the latest products and applications from 3M.”

 

Prior to the agreement, MOPAR® Body & Paint Shops were served by agreements with 11 different 3M channel partners across multiple markets in the region. The new agreement will standardize the pricing, training, portfolio and level of support across all MOPAR® Body & Paint Shops in the Middle East region, offer an end-to-end solutions for servicing and repairs, and ensure a consistent level of pricing and service across all markets.
