Jeep® Morocco officially unveiled, on April 23rd in Casablanca, the new 2026 Jeep Compass, a new generation of compact SUV that marks a major evolution for the brand on the Moroccan market.
With this new version, the Compass takes a step forward in terms of technology, comfort and efficiency, while remaining faithful to what makes the very essence of the Jeep brand: a unique ability to evolve on all terrains, off the beaten path, with character and authenticity.
A concrete response to the expectations of the Moroccan market
Introduced in Morocco with a 1.2 petrol Mild Hybrid (MHEV) engine, the new Compass is fully in line with new mobility trends, offering a more efficient solution without compromising on performance.
This powertrain optimises fuel consumption and emissions, while offering a smooth and pleasant ride, perfectly suited to urban and interurban traffic conditions, while maintaining the necessary capabilities to venture beyond asphalt.
A more assertive design, between modernity and heritage
The new Compass capitalizes on the Jeep brand's iconic codes, while taking a more contemporary and statutory approach.
Its silhouette becomes more dynamic, while the front end retains the iconic seven-slot grille, an unmistakable signature of the brand. The new design elements, including slimmer headlights and redesigned wheels, enhance its premium, rugged, and adventurous positioning, in line with its off-road capabilities.
A rise in technology
The new Compass features a next-generation technological architecture, designed to deliver an intuitive and connected driving experience.
The interior is built around a 16-inch central screen, complemented by a configurable 10-inch digital instrument cluster, allowing the driver to easily access all the vehicle's features.
Connectivity is provided via wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, guaranteeing a smooth integration of everyday digital uses.
Comfort and versatility at the heart of the experience
Designed for versatile use, the new Compass offers an excellent compromise between space, practicality and refinement, as comfortable in everyday use as in more committed escapades.
The interior offers quality materials, including two-tone leather upholstery on the Summit trim, while the interior space has been optimized to improve passenger comfort.
With up to 550 litres of boot space and 34 litres of front additional storage, the vehicle perfectly meets the needs of families and professionals looking for modularity.
Safety and driving aids of the latest generation
The new Compass is positioned at the top of its segment in terms of safety, thanks to a complete suite of driving aids:
- Adaptive Cruise Control
- Autonomous Emergency Braking
- Lane Positioning Assist
- Drowsiness detection
- 360°Camera (on top spec Summit, Altitude has standard reverse camera )
These technologies contribute to a more serene and safe drive, even when driving conditions become more demanding.
Always true to the Jeep brand spirit
Beyond its orientation towards greater comfort and technology, the new Compass fully retains the Jeep DNA.
Thanks to the Selec-Terrain® system, the driver can adapt the vehicle's behaviour to different environments via four modes: Auto, Sport, Snow, Sand / Mud.
This technology, a direct result of the brand’s long-standing off-road know-how, optimizes traction, stability and control on low-grip surfaces — a level of versatility rare in the compact SUV segment.
This versatility allows the Compass to move with ease both in urban environments and on more demanding terrain, confirming its status as a true SUV.
A structured offer for the Moroccan market
The new Jeep Compass is offered in Morocco in two trim levels:
- Altitude, offering an excellent level of equipment from the entry level
- Summit, a top-of-the-range version focused on comfort and refinement
It will be marketed from April 28 and at a public sale price starting at MAD 369,000.00.
A varied color palette completes this offer, allowing each customer to customize their vehicle according to their preferences.
A new benchmark in the C-SUV segment
With this new generation, the Jeep brand confirms its ability to evolve one of its flagship models while preserving its identity. In a segment largely dominated by SUVs with an essentially urban vocation, the new Compass stands out as a special alternative, combining technology, efficiency and true‑off-road capabilities faithful to the Jeep DNA.
