Stellantis El Djazaïr and the NADA Network Launch “Foursati,” Their Second Philanthropic Project for the Educational Inclusion of 400 Young Girls

Algiers, January 15, 2026 – Stellantis El Djazaïr, through Stellantis Philanthropy, is strengthening its societal commitment in Algeria with the official launch of “Foursati,” a national program for educational inclusion as well as school and professional reintegration targeting young girls affected by school dropout.

Implemented in partnership with the NADA Network and with the support of the Ministry of Youth, this project represents Stellantis’ second philanthropic program in Algeria, following the success of IDMAJ.

Through its philanthropic initiatives, Stellantis aims to promote social inclusion and empower younger generations by placing education at the heart of its actions, offering young people concrete opportunities for reintegration and access to the professional world.

This new project builds on the continuity of the IDMAJ program, deployed in Oran, which successfully supported 300 young people affected by school dropout. Building on this initial experience, Stellantis El Djazaïr is now expanding its action through Foursati, a program specifically dedicated to girls aged 13 to 18, a population particularly vulnerable to the risks of educational and social exclusion.

Foursati will benefit 400 young girls, with 100 beneficiaries per wilaya, across four pilot wilayas: Béni Abbès, Saïda, Bordj Bou Arreridj, and Oran.

The objective of the program is to enable these young girls to sustainably reconnect with the formal education system or to access age-appropriate, qualifying vocational training aligned with their level and previous educational pathways.

At Stellantis, we believe that education is the key to building a better future. With Foursati, we aim to offer hundreds of young girls the opportunity to rebuild their self-confidence, acquire skills, and integrate sustainably into society. This program reflects our commitment to creating a positive impact beyond our industrial activities.” said Salim Ramdani, Chief Executive Officer of Stellantis El Djazaïr.

Foursati is much more than an academic support program; it is a true lever for rebuilding the life paths of young girls who have been left on the margins of the education system. The project specifically aims to support girls from vulnerable backgrounds in continuing or resuming their educational and/or professional journeys through a comprehensive approach combining distance learning, in-person training focused on life skills, and individualized psychosocial support.

Through this partnership with Stellantis El Djazaïr and with the support of the Ministry of Youth, we are implementing a concrete, structured, and sustainable framework to restore their confidence, enable them to resume their education or access qualifying training, and above all help them project themselves into a dignified and autonomous future.” said Abderahmane Arar, President of the NADA Network.

Designed as a comprehensive framework, Foursati is based on individualized educational, pedagogical, and psychosocial support, integrating academic learning, vocational training, remote support, and in-person follow-up. Dedicated and fully equipped spaces will be made available in each wilaya to provide a safe and supportive environment conducive to success.

Beyond its educational dimension, the program places strong emphasis on rebuilding self-confidence, preventing dropout, and engaging families and institutional stakeholders. This integrated approach seeks to address the root causes of school dropout and to provide beneficiaries with the conditions necessary to build a sustainable future.

The entire program is designed to deliver measurable and lasting results, with ambitious objectives in terms of school reintegration and continued educational pathways leading to the attainment of recognized diplomas or qualifications.

Through Foursati, Stellantis reaffirms its vision of a company fully committed to serving society, convinced that its role extends beyond industrial performance to the creation of opportunities, social inclusion, and the empowerment of future generations.
