STELLANTIS EL DJAZAÏR AND ESAA LAUNCH AN EXCELLENCE PROGRAM TO STRENGTHEN THE LEADERSHIP OF THE FIAT NETWORK EXECUTIVES

Algiers, January 20, 2026 - Stellantis El Djazaïr announces the launch of the Executive Leadership Excellence Program, an innovative executive training program developed in partnership with the Algerian Business School ESAA, aimed at strengthening the leadership capabilities of executives within the FIAT network.

This initiative is part of a strategic approach designed to support the development of the brand. Intended for FIAT dealership executives, the program aims to enhance strategic steering, decision-making, and leadership skills that are essential to the sustainable performance of automotive dealerships.

Through this program, Stellantis El Djazaïr seeks to equip its authorized dealers with the ability to anticipate market changes, optimize operational execution, and embody the Group’s vision and standards across their teams and toward their customers.

Co-designed with ESAA, the program aims to develop an in-depth understanding of the economic and managerial challenges of automotive distribution, to structure participants’ strategic vision, and to improve their analytical and governance capabilities. It also serves as a lever for strategic alignment, fostering the sharing of common objectives and a unified understanding of Stellantis El Djazaïr’s priorities.
