[Chennai, 28 August 2024] Citroën India announces significant strides in its network expansion plans with the recent addition of 15 new showrooms in Jodhpur, Ranchi, Jalandhar, Hisar, Indore, Delhi, Karimnagar, Salem, Bangalore, Malapuram, Belgaum, Nanded, Sangli, Thanjavur, Kundli and 7 new workshops in Jodhpur, Ranchi, Jalandhar, Hisar, Indore, Salem, Bangalore. This expansion elevates Citroën’s total touchpoints in India to 145, demonstrating the company’s dedication to enhancing customer accessibility and service nationwide. This growth is driven by Citroën’s Network Expansion Program (NEP), which was launched in March 2024 with a target to reach 200 sales and service touchpoints by the end of the year.

As part of its ambitious growth plan, Citroën is set to add 12 new showrooms and 8 new workshops in the next two months. The company has already issued Letters of Intent (LOI) to dealers in key locations, with the goal of further extending its reach.

Our goal is to ensure that a Citroën touchpoint is within 100 kms of every customer, providing them with exceptional service and support wherever they are. This ambitious network growth reflects our deep commitment to meeting the diverse needs of the Indian market and reinforces our long-term vision for Citroën in India.” said Shishir Mishra, Brand Director, Citroën India.

The L’Atelier Citroën aftersales network is currently operating over 60 service centers, with plans to expand significantly. By the end of the year, the network will increase to 100 service centers, further enhancing access to premium service. Looking ahead, the brand aims to grow this number to 150 by 2025 with the addition of 50 more service centers. The network ensures Citroen Certified Trained Technicians and other staffs. We also ensure Genuine Parts Availability, Value added products with Citroen approved Infrastructure, tools and Equipment’s to ensure High Quality service and hassle-free ownership experience, Additionally at selected locations we also provide Service On Wheels adding an extra layer of convenience by offering common repairs at the door step.

Citroën currently operates 25 Stellantis Brand House (SBH) facilities, offering the widest range of SUVs under one roof. The latest SBH facility was inaugurated in July 2024 in Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, further strengthening Citroën’s presence in the region. This extensive network underscores Citroën’s commitment to providing a comprehensive and customer-focused service experience.
