Abarth Seduces One Million Viewers in One Week
New viral Abarth 500 video tops one million YouTube views in one week. Entitled “Seduction” the spot was created specifically for digital broadcast. The ad stars stunning model Catrinel Menghia and the U.S-specification Abarth 500. The spot appeared on Fiat USA’s YouTube channel after the Abarth’s LA Show debut.
FIAT USA's first social-media spot promoting the Abarth 500 in the U.S. has seduced more than one million YouTube viewers within one week of its release.
The 60-second spot, entitled "Seduction", debuted at the 2011 Los Angeles Auto Show and was posted on FIAT USA's YouTube site immediately thereafter.
In the spot, stunning model Catrinel Menghia plays the human embodiment of the Abarth 500 (or FIAT 500 Abarth as it's known in the U.S.) as it catches the eye of a hapless passer-by. The spot ends with the message, "The Fiat 500 Abarth. You'll never forget the first time you see one," delivered in an alluring Italian accent.
