Le conseil d'administration de Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV («FCA») (NYSE: FCAU / MTA: FCA) et le directoire de Peugeot S.A. («Groupe PSA») ont chacun décidé aujourd'hui de ne pas distribuer de dividende ordinaire en 2020 lié à l'exercice 2019, à la lumière de l'impact de la crise actuelle du COVID-19.

Le conseil d'administration de Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV («FCA») (NYSE: FCAU / MTA: FCA) et le directoire de Peugeot S.A. («Groupe PSA») ont chacun décidé aujourd'hui de ne pas distribuer de dividende ordinaire en 2020 lié à l'exercice 2019, à la lumière de l'impact de la crise actuelle du COVID-19.

FCA et Groupe PSA confirment que les préparatifs de la fusion 50/50 de leurs activités, annoncée en décembre 2019, avancent bien, notamment en ce qui concerne les réglementations antitrust et autres dépôts réglementaires. La réalisation de la fusion projetée doit intervenir dans les délais prévus, avant la fin du premier trimestre 2021, sous réserve des conditions de réalisation habituelles.
