Stellantis y JLR explorarán sinergias de colaboración para el desarrollo de productos en EE.UU.
AUBURN HILLS, Michigan, 20 de mayo de 2026 – Stellantis y Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) han anunciado hoy la firma de un Memorando de Entendimiento (MOU) para explorar oportunidades de colaboración en el desarrollo de productos en Estados Unidos.
AUBURN HILLS, Michigan, 20 de mayo de 2026 – Stellantis y Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) han anunciado hoy la firma de un Memorando de Entendimiento (MOU) para explorar oportunidades de colaboración en el desarrollo de productos en Estados Unidos.
Bajo los términos del memorando de entendimiento no vinculante, Stellantis y JLR explorarán oportunidades de colaboración para crear sinergias en el desarrollo de productos y tecnología, aprovechando las fortalezas complementarias de las compañías para crear valor para ambas organizaciones.
"Al trabajar con partners para explorar sinergias en áreas como el desarrollo de productos y tecnología, podemos crear beneficios significativos para ambas partes mientras nos mantenemos enfocados en ofrecer los productos y las experiencias que quieren nuestros clientes", declaró Antonio Filosa, Chief Executive Officer of Stellantis.
