Mopar and Jeep: a rising partnership. Jeep Wrangler Rubicon is even more "moparized"
A Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon "Stealth" show car, moparized from bumper to bumper with a full range of special original Mopar accessories, will be presented at the Motor Show. It is an example of extreme technical modification for the toughest off-road use and striking looks in which no detail is overlooked: from the Performance bonnet with air vents and black mesh grille to the brand-new LED light bar.
A pair of off-road bumpers (Rubicon X design) replace the original ones and, together with flat wings, rock rails, raised ride kit and 37-inch tyres, make the Rubicon Stealth a truly unstoppable Jeep off-roader. The mirror caps and the fuel tank cap sporting the Jeep logo, the half doors and the 17" rims are further customisation touches that enthusiasts of the brand will surely appreciate.
Style details jointly created by Jeep, Mopar and the Centro Stile Fiat Chrysler Automobiles complete the show car, making it absolutely unique. The body features rust-effect Iron Peltrox textured paint, while the exclusive interior of the Wrangler includes vintage-style leather seats and upholstery.
Mopar accessories: special range also for Jeep Renegade
Mopar has created a special accessory range for Jeep Renegade to add appeal and enhance its feeling of freedom. A Renegade on display in Paris will have a "US Army" star on the bonnet and side doors, glossy black rear-view mirror caps and grille and "Renegade Style" light bar. The outfit will be completed by black premium carpet mats, sill plate with the Jeep logo, tubular side steps and valve caps with the Jeep logo.
A touch of style with the Mopar merchandising collection for Jeep
The brand-new Jeep merchandising collection was designed to satisfy the needs and characteristics of everyone who identifies with the traditional values of the brand and its evolution from pioneer to innovator. Freedom, Adventure, Passion, Authenticity: these are the Jeep values which inspired the development of the design and take shape in two product ranges, Outdoor and City. All products are of extremely high quality and permit expression of one's own individuality powerfully and distinctively: moreover, choosing a Jeep means embracing a lifestyle and joining a community which shares the same experiences, passions and values.
In detail, the Outdoor range is designed for leisure activity enthusiasts who love living out in the open air and is characterised by the use of natural materials, like wood, stone for the USB flash drives, and natural colours all belonging to the Jeep DNA. The City range instead is more technological and innovative, with high-tech materials like Cordura fabric jackets or steel and the fluorescent-material key rings. The collection is already on sale from dealers and will soon be available online at the Jeep Store.

The Mopar catalogue includes more than 25,000 very high-quality accessories in over 130 countries. Developed in collaboration with the vehicle design team, all products are exclusive and blend in seamlessly on the various models, in line with their technical, stylistic and mechanical characteristics.
Mopar has created a specific line of accessories for the Fiat 500L Trekking capable of making this model unique and distinctive. In detail, the Fiat 500L Trekking is a development of the 500 family with two perfectly fused souls which love to play off one another every day: one metropolitan, for breezing through the city, and one more adventurous, perfect for those little weekend emotions that make life worth living. For the press days, the car on show in Paris will be equipped with a selection of Mopar accessories picked to enhance its two-fold spirit, like the handy luggage compartment lining, the coat hook on the head restraint, the fragrance dispenser, the "ceramic" black rear-view mirror caps, the special kick plate and the sporty pedal unit.
Mopar with Alfa Romeo and Abarth for the accessories and merchandising lines
The spotlight will also be on the accessories created for the entire Alfa Romeo range, which are a perfect fit for the spirit of the brand. The Alfa Romeo Giulietta, for instance, is made to shine with specific Mopar accessories that include carbon details to enhance the car's sporty appeal from the grille to the spoiler. Mopar also offers various solutions for those who look for a faithful leisure companion in their car, and a line of merchandising dedicated to those who love to identify themselves with the spirit of the Alfa Romeo brand.
At the Abarth stand, on the other hand, the public can admire some dedicated merchandising and accessories, which enhance the offer both in terms of personalisation and performance. All products are also present on the official Abarth e-commerce site (www.abarthstore.com).

"Mopar Vehicle Protection" offers service contracts guaranteed by Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, which ensure the utmost peace of mind for customers thanks to very extensive coverage for mechanical components and dedicated servicing plans, in addition to an assistance and repair service provided by highly specialised technicians who use original parts exclusively.
Currently available in more than 30 countries in the EMEA region and with a portfolio of more than 50 products, "Mopar Vehicle Protection" has developed a specific offer - called "Freedom Pack" - to meet the requirements of new Jeep Renegade customers. In detail, the proposed solution puts the stress firmly on coverage for mechanical and electrical damage - extending the manufacturer's warranty from three to five years and with the mileage most appropriate to the customer's needs and use of the vehicle - and offers various competitively priced servicing and assistance plans to guarantee a vehicle which is always in perfect condition.
Furthermore, "Mopar Vehicle Protection" supports the new range of FCA models with a portfolio of complete maintenance and assistance services:
- Maximum Care: the mechanical and electronic coverage which extends the warranty on the vehicle;

"Ciao Fiat Mobile", "Lancia Everywhere Mobile", "Alfa Romeo InfoMobile", "I am Jeep Mobile" and "Abarth24h Mobile", available free of charge in five languages and 15 European countries on Apple Store and Google Play, have been downloaded 353,000 times since August 2014.
To satisfy the needs of users, and following further improvement to enhance the user experience, the apps presented in Paris will feature Augmented Reality Owner Handbooks for the new Lancia Ypsilon, Alfa Romeo 4C, Alfa Romeo MiTo and Alfa Romeo Giulietta.
This technology, previously implemented for product catalogues and advertising campaigns, has now been integrated in Owner Handbooks too: simply scan the "AR+" symbol in the handbook and direct your smartphone camera at given parts of the car to access additional content and gain a new user experience.
More Owner Handbooks implementing the same technology will be available soon.
As confirmation that experimentation and innovation are key to the process of developing Customer Care activities promoted by Mopar®, the service has identified Twitter as a channel for interaction with its customers. The service has been live for Italian customers since July 2012
and is now available for French customers as well. The channel will be opening to German customers soon.
Customers and Twitter users in France can send a public tweet or a private message to @FiatCareFR, @AlfaRomeoCareFR and @JeepCareFR and receive support according to their needs provided by a team of dedicated operators from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Mopar is ever more digital: the 'Owner Centre' platform is already on-line on 11 European markets
Mopar's innovative digital platform, which won an Italian Key Interactive Award, is a customer management instrument which offers complete information and useful content for Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Jeep and Abarth customers.
This privileged communication channel between the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles brands and their customers offers two levels of navigation, one public and one private with personal access credentials.
The first lets any user find information on original parts and on how to personalise Group vehicles; direct access to all Customer Care channels; the warranty and maintenance plans; the roadside assistance services; a direct link to the virtual stores; and the complete list of authorised dealers and service centres. In a nutshell, it's a genuine showcase where the Group's know-how is openly shared in an attractive way, also owing to its simple and intuitive graphics.
The second is a reserved area for all customers and provides personal tips, dedicated tools and exclusive promotions for themselves and their cars. After registering and entering their Vehicle Identification Number, shown on the log book, customers find a wealth of useful services for managing their vehicles: maintenance plans based on mileage, equipment, and management of an online diary.
No fewer than 11 European markets are already live on the platform, and during the Paris Motor Show it will be reachable also through a dedicated landing page for each brand.
Diagnostic instruments and workshop service travel online
Mopar offers an increasingly premium service through the Service Network of dealers and Authorised Workshops. The sales launch of the new Jeep Renegade saw the début of the microPOD at servicing centres. This is a new electronic diagnosis tool, totally wireless, which will subsequently be extended to the other Group's models.
The Authorised Network has already had the opportunity to experience the new frontier of customer management thanks to the introduction of the Wi-Advisor, which allows receptionists to use the tablet directly to inspect the vehicle and check its state of health quickly, efficiently and transparently.
Finally, Mopar is extending the use of new technologies and new computer equipment during technical classroom training sessions to complement assistance services and provide additional support to dealers and workshops, as well as enhancing the workshop training experience.
Other content
