LANCIA CORSE HF CONTINUES ITS FIA ERC RISE AS PESAVENTO MOVES TO THE TOP OF JUNIOR ERC AND MABELLINI CLIMBS TO SECOND OVERALL

• Davide Pesavento and Alessio Angeli finish third to move into the lead of both the Junior ERC and ERC4 championships
• Andrea Mabellini and Virginia Lenzi secure fourth overall, set three fastest stage times, including the Power Stage, and climb to second in the FIA ERC standings
• Finnish driver Aatu Hakalehto finishes second in Junior ERC ahead of Pesavento in another strong showing for the Lancia Ypsilon Rally4 HF
• Francesco Dei Ceci continues his development with an encouraging fifth-place finish

Rally Poland marked another significant step forward for Lancia Corse HF in the FIA European Rally Championship. On the championship's brand-new asphalt route through the Silesia region, one of the fastest and most technical events of the season, the Italian manufacturer delivered competitive performances in both the Rally2 category and the FIA ERC's junior championships, once again demonstrating the the competitiveness of the Ypsilon Rally range and the steady progress of a project that continues to develop both its cars and its crews at the highest level of European rallying.

The standout result came in Junior ERC and ERC4, where Davide Pesavento and Alessio Angeli secured a hard-fought third-place finish. The result moves the official Lancia Corse HF crew to the top of both championship standings, rewarding the consistency and maturity they have displayed throughout the opening rounds of the European season.

Behind the category winner, Finnish driver Aatu Hakalehto finished second ahead of Pesavento, further underlining the competitiveness of the Lancia Ypsilon Rally4 HF in Europe's leading junior rally categories.

Another positive performance came from Francesco Dei Ceci, partnered by Daiana Darderi, who finished fifth after another encouraging display. The result represents a further step in the young Italian driver's growth as he continues to gain valuable experience against some of Europe's brightest rally prospects.

In the top Rally2 category, Andrea Mabellini and Virginia Lenzi once again showcased the pace of the Lancia Ypsilon Rally2 HF Integrale. The official Lancia Corse HF crew finished fourth overall after battling for the podium throughout the event, while also setting three fastest stage times, including victory on the rally-ending Power Stage.

The points collected in Poland move Mabellini up to second place in the FIA European Rally Championship standings, just 23 points behind the championship leader Teemu Suninen, firmly keeping the Italian crew in contention with three rounds still remaining.

On a completely redesigned Rally Poland, returning to asphalt for the first time in more than two decades and featuring high-speed roads, constant rhythm changes and demanding technical stages, Lancia Corse HF once again demonstrated the strength of a comprehensive sporting programme that continues to evolve through the parallel growth of its cars, its crews and its competitiveness at the highest level of European rallying.

From Rally2 to Junior ERC and ERC4, the results achieved in Poland further reinforce the success of Lancia's long-term vision: combining technical excellence, sporting performance and the development of young talent as the brand continues its return to the highest level of European rallying.
