PSA Peugeot Citroën files the 2013 Registration Document

PSA Peugeot Citroën announced having published its 2013 Registration Document. It has been filed with the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) and enregistered under No. D.14-0269, on April 2nd, 2014.

The 2013 Registration Document is available on the Group's web site psa-peugeot-citroen.com, in its "Regulated Information" section. This report is also available to the public in accordance with the provisions of regulations currently in force.

The 2013 Registration Document includes:

• The 2013 financial report;
• The report of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board on the preparation and organization of Supervisory Board meetings and on internal control;
• Details of the fees paid to the Statutory Auditors.
