PSA Peugeot Citroën announced having published its 2011 Registration Document. It has been filed with the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) and enregistered under No. D.12-0128, on March 5th, 2012.

The 2011 Registration Document is available on the Group's web site www.psa-peugeot-citroen.com, in its "Analysts/Investors“ section. This report is also available to the public in accordance with the provisions of regulations currently in force.

The 2011 Registration Document includes:

• The 2011 financial report;
• TheReport of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board on the Preparation and Organization of Supervisory Board Meetings and on Internal Control;
• Details of the fees paid to the auditors.
