PSA Peugeot Citroën: 2014 Registration Document

PSA Peugeot Citroën announced having published its 2014 Registration Document. It has been filed with the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) and registered under No. D.15-0215, on March 27, 2015.

The 2014 Registration Document is available on the Group's web site www.psa-peugeot-citroen.com, in its "Regulated Information“ section. This report is also available to the public in accordance with the provisions of regulations currently in force.

The 2014 Registration Document includes:

• The 2014 financial report;
• The report of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board on the preparation and organization of Supervisory Board meetings and on internal control;
• Details of the fees paid to the Statutory Auditors.
