Banque PSA Finance – Availability of the 4th supplement to the Base Prospectus of the EMTN Program

Banque PSA Finance lodged yesterday with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), a fourth supplement to the Base Prospectus of its EMTN Program (visa n°12-273).

This fourth supplement received the visa n° 13-076 and is available on request at Banque PSA Finance's registered head office, at 75 avenue de la Grande Armée F-75116 Paris.

This fourth supplement can also be consulted on line by logging on to Banque PSA Finance's website, as well as on the website of the AMF.
