PEUGEOT Cycles launches his LEGEND e-Bike eLC01 with 26 inches wheels

The PEUGEOT eLC01, now equipped with 26 inches wheels (frame size: M and S) in addition to the 24 inches version (frame size: XS) improves its versatility. The „26 inches“ model improves the comfort for the tall riders. Its larger tyres are adapted to the majority of the roads and paths. Modern and hi-tech, the PEUGEOT eLC01 is easy to ride. Efficient with an eight-speed transmission and a 400 Wh battery, it has a range of up to 70 km. Its disc brakes keep it safe and secure. Compact, easy to handle and agile around the city, it is comfortable as well with its cushioned saddle. It is also practical, with its “Racktime” luggage rack for fast bag attachment.

Its timeless and distinctive design is signed by Peugeot Design Lab. It refers to more than 130 years of PEUGEOT Cycles history. The architecture of its ‘single-stay’ frame, which incorporates the rear chain & seat stays into a luggage rack, is directly inspired by the legendary PEUGEOT’s from the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s. Its signature “triple lion” chainset re-edits one of the PEUGEOT’s most iconic components. It is available in White, Blue, Orange, Green and Aubergine. Its chequer pattern symbolises the epic history of PEUGEOT Cycles.

Since the beginning of January 2020, the PEUGEOT eLC01 is declined in 26 or 24 inches wheels versions, at the price of € 1,499 inc. VAT. The PEUGEOT eLC01, launched since October 2018, enhances the PEUGEOT e-Bikes offering and completes the range of PEUGEOT LEGEND bikes, featured with a Neo-retro design and dedicated to city users (Mixt or Fixie versions), road users, or juniors. It is available online* from the PEUGEOT Cycles website, the PEUGEOT dealer network, VELO & OXYGEN stores and independent dealers.

All the PEUGEOT bikes* are for sale online on the PEUGEOT Cycles website: cycles.peugeot.fr. Future buyers can check the availability of models of the entire range from the comfort of their home. All they have to do is choose the size of the frame (S, M, L or XL), the colour of the bike and size of the battery (depending on the model). Delivery is made at the point of sale closest to their home in metropolitan France. Assembly, preparation, adjustment and handover of the bike will be handled by an accredited advisor.
