At the Guangzhou Auto Show from November 19 to 28, PEUGEOT is reasserting its positioning as a Progressive Premium Brand in China and continues to focus its specific product strategy and actions on customers. DONGFENG PEUGEOT welcomes visitors in Hall 3.1 of the Canton Fair Complex with a spectacular Lion sculpture in XL size, 8 models, including 2 special series created with the complicity of the customers, animations, an area dedicated to floral art, a shop and relaxation areas.
Alongside the new 4008 and 5008 SUVs, the 4008 Co-Creation is displayed. This special series was designed in consultation with Chinese customers. The 2008 THE ONE SUV, priced at Yuan 99,700, is dedicated to online sales. The 508 L, Model Year 2022, renews the sedan offer alongside the 408. The 4008 PHEV SUV (4-wheel drive) and the 508 L PHEV saloon represent the electrified offer, embedding the plug-in hybrid technology. DONGFENG PEUGEOT also interacts with its community of fans through co-hosting events and proposes to its customers a new online sales program.

After Mexico just a year ago, and then Ecuador, Peru, Guatemala, Panama, Paraguay, the Dominican Republic and Uruguay, it is now Chile's turn to launch the new PEUGEOT LANDTREK pick-up truck, marking a new stage in the brand's international development.

With the new LANDTREK pick-up truck, PEUGEOT is stepping into the medium-sized pick-up truck segment. This constantly evolving segment represents more than 2.4 million annual sales worldwide, including more than 400,000 in South America alone.

With attributes that set it apart from its competitors, the PEUGEOT LANDTREK pick-up truck offers a record cargo bed capacity, a towing capacity of up to 3t, advanced modularity, and the latest generation of equipment from the brand's SUVs, all with a benchmark level of on-board comfort.

The new PEUGEOT LANDTREK is available in Chile in a double-cab version, with petrol and/or diesel engines, and in 4x4 and 4x2 traction.

Its arrival in Chile coincides with the latest edition of the “Conectando las Américas[1]" raid, which, at the end of its journey through the incredible diversity of the South American continent, will reach Ushuaia, one of the southernmost cities in the world, on 24 November.

PEUGEOT will be participating as Partner and Official Car in the ATP Finals in Turin, which take place from 14 to 21 November 2021. This is a highly anticipated event with the 8 best players of the year 2021 vying for top spot, including our Brand Ambassadors Novak Djokovic (world No. 1 in the ATP rankings) and Matteo Berrettini (world No. 7 in the ATP rankings).

The Brand will be in the heart of the city of Turin on the Piazza San Carlo where the New PEUGEOT 308 HYBRID and the New 508 PEUGEOT SPORT ENGINEERED will be displayed.

PEUGEOT, Official Car of the tournament, is making the event electric with a 100% electrified fleet (electric and plug-in hybrid) offering safe and responsible mobility. 40 electrified vehicles to transport players and VIPs during the event. The electric revolution for professionals has begun: the PEUGEOT brand is now offering a range of 100% electric vans. PEUGEOT's electric vans retain 100% of the functionality of conventional diesel versions, but generate zero noise, zero vibration, zero emissions and zero odour. This is enough to radically change the lives of users and their surroundings.

With this complete range of 100% electric vans, one of the very first on the market, PEUGEOT is aiming to be the leader in sales of clean vans in Europe by 2022.

The aim is to offer a new level of peace of mind to professionals and to reduce traditional forms of pollution, at a time when current social trends are calling for more and more commercial vehicles in urban areas.

PEUGEOT will have delivered 4,000 electric utility vehicles in Europe by 2021, and already has an order book of 10,000 vehicles.

To further raise awareness of its electric offer and its benefits among professionals, PEUGEOT will soon be unveiling a new dedicated advertising campaign across the continent, which will be launched in November.

On October 26, 2021, the jury of the “German Car of the Year” (GCOTY) announced the new PEUGEOT 308 as the winner in the Compact class (entry level price up to € 25,000 incl. VAT), among 11 contenders from 9 carmakers. For the jury, the Power of Choice strategy at PEUGEOT was a particular focus: customers can choose between gasoline, Diesel and two plug-in hybrid engines. Further reasons for the award of the compact hatch are the modern technology, the digital and individually programmable PEUGEOT i-Cockpit® as well as the new design with the new PEUGEOT logo. In Germany, the new PEUGEOT 308 starts at € 23,200 incl. VAT in the Active Pack equipment variant for the PureTech 110. The compact hatch from the Lion brand is a winner, as its predecessor which has received many awards, including the “Car of the Year 2014”.

The PEUGEOT brand has just started selling the PEUGEOT e-208 GT, its 100% electric hatchback, on the Brazilian market;

The first 20 customers will be offered a "WEG" home charging station, a partner certified by the brand in Brazil and qualified to sell charging stations through the PEUGEOT dealer network;

The arrival of this top-of-the-range version inaugurates the launch in Brazil of an ecosystem designed around customers purchasing electric vehicles;

To support this launch, strategic partnerships have been signed with various partners and give substance to the "Move to Electric" strategy developed by PEUGEOT do Brasil.

The highly-anticipated new PEUGEOT 308 is arriving in France

Given the PEUGEOT 308’s success (more than 7 million vehicles sold over the generations, 1,310,000 units sold in 8 years for the current PEUGEOT 308, 42 international awards including the title of CAR OF THE YEAR in 2014), the international launch had to be something big. An international advertising campaign, a multi-channel communication plan (print and digital) and open days will highlight the advantages of the new PEUGEOT 308 that will be manufactured in France, at the Mulhouse plant.

PEUGEOT retains the number one position in the passenger car segment with a market share of 17.3% in the first nine months of 2021.
These results are driven by all the vehicles in the range and particularly by the PEUGEOT 208, which remains the best-selling vehicle in France, as well as the PEUGEOT 2008, 3008, 5008 and 508, which have enabled the lion brand to consolidate its leadership position over this period.
PEUGEOT is also the leader in sales to companies in the first nine months of 2021.

For the 30th edition of the AUTO Tour, which takes place from August 30 to September 4, 2021, PEUGEOT is supporting the number 45 crew of François Allain and Nicolas Guenneteau entering the restored PEUGEOT 204 coupe in the Vintage Mecanic show. The Cycles PEUGEOT pro team achieved a historic one-two result by taking the top two spots in the general classification of the French Cup for electrically assisted Enduro mountain bikes. Yannick Pontal and Mathieu Ruffray, riders of the PEUGEOT eM01 FS e-bikes, secured this result by coming 2nd and 4th in the final round, Sunday 22nd August in Thollon les Mémises (Haute Savoie). In parallel, the PEUGEOT rider Morgane Jonnier finished in the top 5 of the French Enduro Mountain Bike (non electric) Championship which also took place this weekend in Thollon. Cycles PEUGEOT, whose Team Pro is committed to Enduro races, is also a partner of the French Cup. Competing is part of the manufacturer's electrification strategy and is a clear demonstration of the performance and reliability of its bikes.
